Review: The apartment is well-located between the old quarter and the Lotte Mall West Lake. The rooms are very spacious too! Just a few minutes (<5 mins) walk away from the apartment, you can easily find local food or fast food cuisine to settle your meals. Overall, we are very satisfied with our week-long stay here 👍🏻😊
Positive points: The apartment was roomy, location nice to be by lake. Quiet for sleep as no light coming in.. They did have a roof top area which we used quite a bit to escape our dark apartment.
Negative points: Our apartment had no natural light in it. It felt like being in a box. No good restaurants for breakfast or dinner without getting a taxi. They said we had a nature view which was a lit up screen with artificial greenery covering a wall!! It was the end of our trip and as we had been to Hanoi at beginning of the trip we just wanted a nice space to end it with some rest. The apartment was disappointing.

Positive points: Centrally located on a quiet street overlooking the lake. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. The staff is helpful. There is a 5 gallon bottle of water in the room.
Negative points: The bathroom shows signs of wear and tear. There isn't enough towels and bath mats because nothing dries in the bathroom. Our suite is spacious but more than half the space is shelving and closets which is accurately portrayed in the photos. We never used the terrace because the lake looks dirty and the air is smoggy.

Positive points: The staff were helpful and very friendly. Good location. It was quiet.
Negative points: The apartment was quite a bit smaller than we had imagined it would be.
Review: Came for a corporate workshop, and this hotel was perfect location and price range. the staff are amazingly helpful. Would stay here again next time here for work.

Review: Tucked away on the lake and walking distance from Tran Qoc Pagoda.nnApartment suites are fully serviced too.nnAlice, Liam and Tony could not have been more helpful whilst I was there also, from giving me recommendations to helping me when I left my powerbank at the hotel before my flight and letting me borrow their chargers. Super lovely team.
Positive points: comfortable and not noisy at all! perfect place to stay away from the chaotic traffic sounds of Hanoi - not far from the old town
Negative points: I wish they had given two pillows per guests for more comfort and also maybe hand towels for the toilet so that we could have a towel to dry our hands and another to use after showering (?) overall it was the best place we stayed in Hanoi (this was our second visit to the city!)
Review: I stayed for 4 nights. Including washer/dryer, very convenient. Good size kitchen for light meal. clean restroom/shower. king size bed is big & comfy
Positive points: Exceptional for the price, staff liam, tony, and tracy were gracious and very helpful. Rooms were well-maintained and very clean. It was very comfortable and the room is so spacious. They even have netflix on the TV. We could also explore outside the busy city in the quiet lake area with serene views.
Negative points: hope we could still get daily cleaning the same as other hotels.
Review: We had fun staying here for a week. It’s in a quiet location but still just a few minutes away from old quarter. Staff was helpful and nice. Shoutout to Alice who has been responsive to all our needs.
