Review: Good location, great facilities, clean rooms. The garden and pool are lovely
Positive points: The view was okay.
Negative points: As a 5 star hotel, no one opened the doors and helped with luggage, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, there was no proper line or system at the front desk, and they charged me for an additional night even though I cancelled before the cancellation deadline. The front desk staff Thao and Vien have no knowledge on the rules and policies of the hotel and tried to say that they were unable to give me my money back. I had to explain to them that they were wrong and wait for them to call their supervisor, who ultimately refunded me the money that was rightfully mine. They wasted my time during the process of all this. Horrible staff and service, would not recommend stay here.

1. Some of the staff were rude, unfriendly and cold.
2. No facilities: no 24-hour menu, room service not available, sky bar not finished, gym was inadequate, and there was no pool amenities.
3. The location was miles away from anything.
Review: Great hotel, cool and clean with a beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast. Just a suggestion: the room doesn't have a bathtub, and the gym should be located with a view of the sea and have glass doors instead of being sealed off.

Negative points: Somehow felt like everything was on a budget right from towels, to soaps and blankets for the rooms.
Review: The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the amenities are good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If they could add an iron for guests to use when needed, like some other hotels, it would be wonderful.
