评价： Location and price has brought me here 3 times. The staff is very helpful!
优点： Stayed 5 days would have liked little more variety in breakfast was same every day
评价： Near na city
优点： Room was comfy. Location was good.
缺点： Shower/hot water marginal. Limited breakfast options.
评价： We’ve enjoyed our stay in the low season. The location is great and the hotel is clean! For the price we’ve paid, I think they could use more amenities like a washing machine, swimming pool, etc. however, the staff is great and the place is clean!
缺点：
The bidet spray is broken, so water drips off all the time, making the bathroom floor always wet. By the way, the bidet spray water is too strong. I wonder how their staff checks it, and did they try it for themselves before providing it to their customers?
One more point I dislike is that the shampoo and shower gel are the same. Last time when I was here, I used my own travel kit, but this time I left it at home, so I have to use the hotel shower gel and shampoo. And OMG, feel your hair after using it! Moreover, the shower gel holder's toggle is broken.
评价： Great hotel for a few nights. Good location, a bit far from the cruise port, but close to the sea area
优点： Very accommodating staff! Very helpful!
评价： The balcony is very dusty
优点： Friendly staff, well located and good value for money.
缺点： Mattress was a bit too hard, and the sky bar closed half hour before the advertised time...we couldn't have the last drink enjoying the spectacular view from the rooftop :(
评价： It was very good location hotel. The staff was really helpful and kind, especially Lihn. Thank you so much for helping me throughout my stay!
优点： Location is within short walking distance to Vincom Center Halong Bay. Good selection of dinning places nearby. Location and view are quite good.
缺点： The room are very dated although the hotel is still rather "young". The gout in the tiles are black, the parquet floor boards are warp (one of them was actually lifted). The air conditioner was badly choked, you can hear the choking and the airflow is on and off. It is very obvious the room are not adequately maintained.
评价： Location is great near park shop market. The room is average it is not new hotel. The staff is not friendly very unhelpful.we carried our luggage no one can helped open the door for us. Never see any smile from all of the staff. Look like very busy with their phone.never see any hotel with staff like that in VN
优点： Wonderful staff.Personally I loved the location and the views and the rooftop
缺点： Nothing
评价： The hotel is conveniently located in Hon Gai. It is suitable for business trips and light tourism, not wanting to stay in a very noisy place full of tourists, but still in the center of the city. If the hotel staff were more refined in the checkout process, it would be a perfect 10.
优点： Location was great and room was very nice.
缺点： Breakfast options were very limited
评价： The hotel room is spacious and clean. You will receive support almost immediately from the staff. Very satisfied staying here. PS: It would be better if the TV had internet.
优点： Comfortable and spacious room.
缺点： Location is not great. Not close to anything. Staff not interested in helping. Feels like a very dated and neglected hotel.
评价： Nhà tắm hôi
优点： Supportive staff, good location to find any good restaurants, seemingly quiet place to rest although it is near a clock squares.
缺点： Maybe about the confused information about the extra packages since it is addressed that can check in early but the owner said that it would be optional support when they could help, otw impossible so it needs to give an explicit information regardedly.
