玉松酒店 (Ngoc Tung Hotel)

优点： The hotel is close to the city center but it is in a quiet area of the city. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is spottles clean. The hotel has an elevator.
It is a family owned hotel. All of the family members took care about me a very helpfully and warmly way. They organised my Halong Bay trip, drove me into the city helping me to arrange my personal to do list, drove me on the last day to catch the ferry to Cat Ba island. I was treated like a family member, like a grandfather. Last but not least the the daughter speaks good English and the son ist on the best way. Shortly, there is no communication problem. I think thankfully and very warmly on the family.
