Positive points: Large spacious apartment with all the amenities you could need, robe & slippers provided as a bonus! Tv with Netflix and other app. Very easy check in and great staff always on hand. Big shout out to Son who was very polite and helpful when I had issues with taxis, I really appreciated it as I would’ve been very stuck and confused without him!!

Review: After check-in time, I asked my friend to drop off my luggage at the hotel. When I arrived later, I found it left completely unattended in the middle of the room, right near the street. The receptionist was nowhere to be found, and another guest said she had been waiting for about 15 minutes.nnWhen the receptionist finally showed up, I told him it wasn’t right to leave my luggage like that. Instead of apologising, he said, “I was helping you, okay? It wasn’t my responsibility. So what if I walked away for just a bit.” I was shocked at his attitude. When I said a simple “sorry” would have been enough, he replied, “Fine, I’m sorry. Please take your room card.”nnI gave a 3/5 instead of 1 because the manager later apologised after I called their hotline and told me the staff had been “punished.” Still, I would never expect this kind of behaviour from anyone working in hospitality. This was my second but definitely last time booking at this hotel.

Positive points: We liked our stay a lot! Kitchen had everything to cook some meal if wanted! It was quiet in the night because the hotel is in a side street. Beds were comfortable. Great stay for the price!

Review: The guy at the front desk is not helpful at all. The TV remote control in my room is missing, I called to ask for it. They asked me to go down to ask the front desk. When I went down to ask him for it, he asked me to go to another floor to see the house cleaner to get it. What is that customer service??? When I checked out, he didn't even help me with the luggages at all. I've never had this experience anywhere else. Not recommended.

Review: At first, I was a bit worried because the room was beautiful but the price was very low. However, the quality of the room, the staff, the cleaning service, and the service overall were all wonderful. The room was new, clean, and tidy, fully equipped with everything. The reception staff were very enthusiastic and attentive, caring about the guests. It was my first time in Hanoi and being welcomed like that truly warmed my heart. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and kind. I couldn't find any faults with the service. The location was very close to entertainment spots and convenient. The next time I go to Hanoi, I will definitely book again!
