Positive points: Cảm giác như ở gia đình. Không gian tuy cũ nhưng rất ấm cúng. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Chỗ nghỉ yên tĩnh. Lối đi vào hơi nhỏ, nếu có ô tô riêng thì hơi khó khăn. Tuy nhiên ở giữa trung tâm Hà Nội mà có một homestay như vậy là quá tốt.
Negative points: Lối vào đi ô tô riêng khó khăn. Phải cố gắng và khéo léo một chút. Đèn trong phòng không đủ sáng.

Review: I felt very disappointed because when I arrived, they informed me that the room I booked has some problems. I had to move to their 2nd homestay (few hundred meters away from Ngao Cafe). The room was on 3rd floor of a old buidling, its furniture/facility was not good at all. There was even a rat running in front of my door when I came back.
