Positive points: We stay here everytime we visit Hanoi and have always been happy with the room. The serviced apartment is spacious and comes with a washer/drier in unit. The staffs are above and beyond, very polite and helpful.rnrnBe careful if you book through Booking.com's Partner offer option. It books a small room in Nesta hotel instead of a serviced apartment. The staff was quick to help us with the room upgrade onsite.

Review: The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. I booked a one-bedroom apartment at a good price, with no immediate payment required. The one-bedroom apartment has a very modern heated toilet seat, an automatic bidet, and many adjustable modes. The room is clean and beautiful with many amenities. It’s just a few steps to the National Music Academy of Hanoi. Guests staying in the apartment and dining at the Kawa restaurant right in the hotel will receive a 10% discount. The breakfast buffet is average, edible.

Review: A beautiful, clean, and quiet place. Delicious breakfast. There are 3 restaurants of all kinds: garden, club, regular restaurant. Very satisfied with the stay here. The room is fully equipped. You can cook in the room. I will come back when I have a chance.

Positive points: Breakfast was pretty good with a mix of both Vietnamese and western food, that kinda changes everyday, and has a wide range of desserts. The family room was pretty spacious and has an fairly good view, and the bathroom including the kitchenette was modern.

Review: On the occasion of going to Hanoi for my niece to participate in the National Piano Talent Finals, I chose The Nesta, conveniently located for getting to the National Academy of Music. It is very suitable as it is very close to the Academy, and the staff at the apartment and restaurant are all cheerful, enthusiastic, and friendly... Next to it, there is a Kawa restaurant that serves delicious food at acceptable prices.

Positive points: Serviced apartment, spacious, comfortable beds, location. We stayed here for 3 weeks and greatly enjoyed our stay!

Positive points: A great apartment offering all essential amenities, ample space, and captivating services. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is a major highlight, featuring a wide variety of dishes that change daily.

Review: The staff was AMAZING! Specially Nara, she was very attentive, empathic and kind, her service since the very first moment we arrived made our experience 10x better. nn(The only thing that I would recommend improving are the towels, maybe some with a better quality, and maybe removing the rugs)

Positive points: Unbeatable value. Less than $100US for up to 4 guests and breakfast? What a steal, even if the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Staff were very hardworking. Breakfast was decent and had a little bit of everything. Nothing significant to write home about. Beds very comfortable. The room is more of an apartment than a hotel room. Large bathroom with Japanese toilet. Highly recommended.

Review: Perfect place to stay in Hanoi if you are not keen on staying inside the quarter. Just few minutes from the hustle streets of Hanoi, Nesta is the place to go. Friendly staff, wide choices of food for breakfast situated in a a quite complex neighborhood.

Review: Pros:n- Big roomn- Clean and tidyn- there are minimarket, cafe, and resto nearbynCons:n- Breakfast wasn't great. It was buffet but lack of quality.n- Location is in Hao Nam area which not main tourist area.

Positive points: Very spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Two restaurants on site (Nesta Restaurant and Kawa Japanese). Breakfast buffet was nice plus there was an option to get ramen bowl or omelette from the kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Good WiFi. The hotel is a little set back from the main road which helps reduce the noise.

Review: I check-in around 8pm on 31 November. The staff told me that i use a towel and make it very dirty and throw away. Their cleaner found out on 1 November. End up i need to pay it My advice is take photo in your room. nnTheir washine machine also spoilt, end up changed with another one but time to change is delay.

Positive points: The place is new and clean. The room looks even better than in photos. Every hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Although it's not near tourist attractions, I would definitely want to stay here again if I come to visit Hanoi in the future.
