Đánh giá: Hotel is located just a bit outside of the city center, near the Train street but on a walking distance to other attractions. Room had everything you need for a stay. Breakfast was basic. The only downside is that some parts of the room were dusty but fot the price you pay, it is a compromise you can bear.

Điểm cộng: It was a walkable distance to what we wanted to see. Good restaurants around us. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

Đánh giá: Actually It's a very personal comment but I am angry. The hotel made a mistake on my reservation, I expressed understanding and provide suggestion. But after standing at the reception for near 2 hourse we still didn't have a solution. I lost patience after tiring invalid communication. To be honest , the receptionist kept good attitude but it really watsed too much time and ruined my day plan. It is the worst choice I made for this vietname trip.

Điểm cộng: Conveniently located in Hanoi, away from the noise of Old Quarter but easy to go to. The room size was enough for 2 persons and it was clean. There are also places to eat down the hotel.
