Điểm cộng: Really nice apartment and super spacious and clean. Check in was a bit of trouble though, there was no staff onsite but luckily I was able to message with the host to help with getting in.
Điểm cộng: Spacious, nice for group, feels like home
Điểm trừ: The location, a little far and inside that the drivers cannot find it
Điểm cộng: The apartment is charming and very comfortable. nAt the entrance to the building there is a security camera and a locked gate, so you can have peace of mind
Điểm trừ: It should be taken into account that there are no cleaning services, change of towels/bedding or supply of toilet paper (if you run out), you must purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent and wash towels by yourself and also take out the trash. Since we stayed in the apartment for over two weeks it was a bit difficult for us. but I believe that a short stay of 1-3 days is finennIt should be emphasized that the apartment is based on the same principle of renting an apartmentnnThe apartment is far from the old city and absolutely no soundproofing
Đánh giá: The room is very spacious, we went with four people, the room has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it was very convenient. The room is airy and clean.
Điểm cộng: Location was good, nice balcony for lounging! Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.
Điểm trừ: The kitchen could use some more basics/out with the old -- we were there for 4 nights so we did cook and the main large white spatula was heavily stained brown/orange. The kitchen lacked mugs (literally not a single mug), and a press/machine for making coffee which is something we would have definitely used had we had the option. rnrnThe place itself was up to date but then in each room, there were cosmetics that one might think could be easily fixed like a huge mark on the wall in the living room, and random stains on the bedroom walls. rnrnThe description says soundproof but it is not actually -- you absolutely hear the morning hustle of Tay Ho.
Đánh giá: Wonderful! Just be sure to click the map for the address! The address on the page took me to the Westlake Luck Residences. Not the same! The map address is great.
Điểm cộng: Though communication was a barrier, we had this google translation which helpedrnrnThe place was spacious and clean with all ameneties.
Điểm trừ: Charging full night amount for 6 hours, really hurts. If you are arriving midnight or checking out late evening, you have to pay full night charges
Đánh giá: Đã đi 2 lần và lần nào cũng ưng
Điểm cộng: The apartment that I originally booked wasn't available, but they were kind enough to alert me and propose a new location ahead of time. The replacement apartment was amazing. It was a beautifully decorated unit with a balcony (the view was nice!), a bathtub which I definitely enjoyed, and everything else that I could need. There were also food options nearby. Definitely good value for money!
Điểm trừ: There was confusion about the check-in and payment at first due to the language barrier, but we figured it out in the end. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.
Điểm cộng: it was clean and really comfortable. it was a wonderful stay for us. We would definitely choose this if we are coming again! :)
Điểm cộng: The unit I rented was newly remodeled, clean, great balcony. It's a serviced apartment so no hotel -like room service but I clean up after myself so I don't really need it.
Điểm cộng: - modern apartementn- great locationn- great valuen- modern furniture
Điểm trừ: - changed my room without prior noticen- constant water issues during my stayn- thin walls, could hear neighbors + kids until 4am! (need house rules)
Điểm cộng: Loved the place! New building, clean apartment, nice furniture, even the bedsheets are nice and comfy
