Review: This hotel area super strategic in the center of old quarter, near by can find lots of food and stores.

Staff in here all super friendly and helpful.

Staff in the restaurant for breakfast also super friendly, Emandalia and Emily always explain to us what name of the food. Super helpful if you have some allergies or on diet.

For sure we will come back again to your hotel for next time visit.

Review: Beautiful hotel, clean property. We had to have dinner on property and was suprised at how high quality the food was! The staff were exceptionally friendly helpful and kind.

Positive points: The location couldn’t have been better and the staff were so welcoming and wonderful. Both rooms we stayed in were exceptional . The rooftop bar had great cocktails and the dining room/breakfast was lovely. We highly recommend.

Positive points: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel du Lac Hanoi, and cannot recommend it enough! The staff truly made our experience exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect - from giving us restaurant recommendations to booking cabs for us. Everyone was so pleasant and always smiling, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and genuinely made a difference.

The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options (grilled basa!) to start the day. However, what stood out most was the incredible staff and the authenticity to their hospitality. Special thanks to Chloe, Emma, Amelia (we hope we got the name right!) and everyone else whose names we couldn’t see. You all made our stay unforgettable.

Thank you for such a memorable experience! I will definitely be back.

Review: Funky and stylish small hotel with excellent staff, great food and good location.

Positive points: The hotel is located in a great area and the staff was super nice. The room was decent size and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of pre-made stuff and many things made for order, but included in the complementary breakfast.

Positive points: Hotel is fantastically located and close to all attractions in the Old town, French quarter and 10 minutes away from the train street. We spent there two days and then returned for another day after our Ninh Bihn city visit. We got a free upgrade for a fantastic room with a front street view. The breakfast is really great and contains many complementary on-demand items (waffles, pancakes, sandwiches, toasts, but also Pho and Bun Cha. A lot of fresh fruits, cakes and fresh juices. The staff were so wonderful and helpful with any request. We even got a small farewell gift for upcoming Lunar New Year. Absolutely fantastic experience.
