Hanoi Memory Legends Hotel

Review: Room itself was clean but minimal cleaning was provided. Front desk staff were polite & nice. Asked for extra towel and was given one with blood stain on it. I put it on the ground as it was dirty next day yet housekeeping folded it up and placed it on the rack as if it was clean as the stain was still there. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel b The hotel is old despite location next to the Train Street.

Review: One of the worst stay ever. Room was smelly, bed was dusty and the curtain had moulds. Bathroom was worst. Shower did not have water, sink was smelly, toilet bowl had crack and bathroom ceiling was damaged. U need room sample pictures, head to google review.

Building front looks nice, but the interior is not.

Positive points: This hotel is quite comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. I felt comfortable around tourists, hotels close to stores, eateries, ATMs, and everything else that was secure. This hotel is the greatest.

Review: Our stay was smooth. They upgraded our room to a bigger room with no charge and the staffs are kind.
Tourist and train street spots are walking distance.

Positive points: Great double bed room, a lot of light compared to other places where I had very small window.
Very nice staff as well, very attentive and patient.

Review: Bathroom and bed is very dirty like it was not cleaned before we check in. Foot mat in-front of bathroom so dirty. Towel dirty and bedsheet was full of dust. Toilet also so smelly. Not recommended for long stay.

Review: The staff was very nice and helpful and let me check in early. The place is in the heart of the Old Quarter so it’s accept everything. The room is clean and everything was just great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Review: I really liked the staff—they were kind and accommodating. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, souvenir shops, tourist attractions, and more. If you’re not too particular about luxury, this is a very affordable hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Review: The hotel location is good… The price is good… The hotel staff is accommodating even if we arrived very early in the morning… But the problem we encounter is the hot water in the shower is not functioning …

Review: 4 of us (2 couples) stayed here for one night. The hotel is at good location but on weekend nights, there is loud music played in that lane. The rooms were backside so less impact. The towels were dirty and torn. I had to request to change those. The room window opens in common lobby. The staircase is not in good condition. The location is good as lots of places nearby. But this is definitely not 3 star property.

Positive points: Linh was kind and helpful, her warm welcome and willingness to help is greatly appreciated! The room was spotless, there’s also a lift in this hotel. Located on a strategic spot near lots of nice restaurants and services. There’s no breakfast here so there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
