Hanoi Bonsella Hotel

Review: It's our third víisit to the hotel. Nice, and clean hotel near the Cathedral, right in the heart of Phố cổ Hà Nội, 5 minutes walk to Hồ Gươm, and very good breakfast. The area is conveniently located nearby cafes, restaurants, and laundromat. Strongly recommended.

Positive points: Very conveniently located, super friendly staff, walking distance to most attractions. Only a few steps from the lake which, if you're there at the weekend especially, gives you the chance to escape the chaos of the city streets and enjoy walking around the lake in relative peace. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable.

Sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, tiện nghi vừa đủ tuy không được rộng rãi. Hành lang, thang máy, nhà hàng và quán bar là những nơi cảm thấy hơi bức bối vì nhỏ hẹp.
Nhân viên có kinh nghiệm, vui vẻ, thân thiện.

Review: our short stay at the hotel was nice, we enjoyed very much. The room, food were exceptional. The only negative comment was about the internet speed, sometimes it was so slow that we gave up working with the internet.

Review: Service was top notch and room were clean and lovely. The bathroom was spacious and the facilities available were more than satisfactory. Staff were amazing-incredibly kind and caring especially with guess wellbeing and their attention to detail was spectactular.

Review: I’m glad we stayed at this hotel. We traveled with a big group and wanted to stayed in Old Town. Bonsella location is so convenient for us to get around. The room is surprisingly spacious for a hotel in Old Town. The staffs were so helpful and friendly.

Review: Pros:
- Located in the Old Quarter, very near the square and Hoan Kiem lake. You can easily walk to the night market from here.
- Comfortable beds, working hot/cold shower, TV has Netflix.
- Staff goes above and beyond to provide assistance and make you feel at home.
- Delicious breakfast buffet. Ask for a bowl of pho (chicken and beef are both excellent).

Cons:
- No gym, spa, pool. However, you get more than your money's worth as the room price is very friendly.

Review: This quaint hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay in Old Quarter. It's very near Hoan Kiem lake, and food choices are abundant and easily accessible (Pizza 4P's Bao Khanh is just around the corner). Beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious (amazing pho and cream puffs), and the TV has Netflix. But what sets this hotel apart is its staff. Everyone is so friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was very easy to talk to them. Should I visit Hanoi again, I'll definitely stay here.
