장점: Good location. Good service, all employees very kind and responsive.
단점: The Hotel is old. Rooms needs a refurnish. Room Carpets were dirty and ugly to step on.
장점: Free wi-fi was rather poor, I had to call the reception three time before it was fixed.
후기: Clean and easy location with friendly staff
장점: this was my third stay at Hilton Garden. Ut is comforting to walk out if your hotel and not struggle with scooters parked everywhere. The hotel is a short walk to Old Quarter. convenience store across the road and good eateries not far away
단점: no complaints, all was good
후기: The room is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near attractions. Easy access to nearby restaurants. Everything is fine. 9/10
장점: The staff are exemplary and the location is ideal, close to restaurants (bún chả Obama, chicken pho …) and street food vendors.
단점: The suite room size which is very small for a suite. It’s much smaller than the suite in Melia hotel.
후기: Not at all worth the price, poor facilities.
장점: Reasonably good location. Very nice breakfast and great staff
단점: Rear rooms look out into not a good housing area

단점: Booking.com - confusing terms when booking 2 rooms like breakfast for one room only thinking that it is complimentary breakfast but actually not.

단점: in the 4th floor (!) you cannot see the daily light - you are feeling encapsulated

Need more coverage of sport channels, i couldn’t watch one of the biggest football game of the year and disappointed me

장점: The staff were wonderful
단점: Nothing all my needs were met.
후기: Location was fantastic with easy access to attractions. Staff were friendly and room was clean
장점: Generally okay hotel but quite dated. Not super close to main centre but close to office buildings.
단점: Dated rooms and glasses were not very clean. Probably would not stay here again in future.
