Review: clean, friendly staff

Review: The place is very close to the center, convenient for commuting. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The price is reasonable, and the room is fully equipped.

Review: This is listed as 4 star and the prices match. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't. However if you are looking for and expecting a decent 3 star with good location, it's a decent option.
The location, shower and bed are all very good. The facilities and services are not. The room wasn't very clean, in 5 days no one asked to clean the room or change any linen. This is not 4 stars
The reception didn't provide any info from n check in- not for the lock, the sir con or even the wi-fi. You'll have to ask. The walls and sound insulation are minimal so you'll hear noise from the café opposite from 7am or the shower from other rooms.
