Léman Luxury Apartment District 3 HCMC

Review: This is my second time stayed. Some minor faults but can be rectified. However , the swimming pool is dirty and water cold even tho sunny hot day. Sign of running down due to ear and tear.. not for fussy stayer

Review: This accommodation is part of an apartment complex. Very secured, very spacious and the rooftop pool and full gym is definitely worth the 5-star. Great value for money, beautiful views of the city. Host was always available to answer queries, highly recommended.

Positive points: Very convenient to have an apartment so we could have a little more space, we could do some washing, and we could store more in the fridge. The real highlight was getting a first class view of the new years eve fireworks from the roof top, enjoying a drink by the pool. A very happy stay

Review: The apartment was spacious. Most important it was quite clean. The location was not bad with some restaurants and convenient stores around it. Overall we had no problem with it. Very nice living room room as well.

Review: We stayed 1 night of a 8 night booking and left as soon as we could. This property is advertised on many platforms. They are an operator with many apartments and they simply allocate you an apartment, not what is pictured. The apartment was dark, there was mould on the walls, the bath was leaking, the furniture was cheap and broken. We arrived late and tired and Hannah the contact person was nice so we didn’t cancel and just leave but we really should have. Management should have issued a full refund. Really disappointing.

Positive points: Perfect three bedroom apartment. We loved location, all main Saigon attractions are walking distance (15 mins). Right outsie there is conviniece store. In the building there is starbucs and upscale shop. Appartment is in Leman building, it features rooftop pool (25th floor, gym and place to sit and enjoy view ) Hanna was accomodtaing, sent instructions up ahead and there was guy waiting for us with keys.

Review: Great location. There is a grocer and starbucks downstairs. Nearby accross the road there's convenient & coffee shops around. The place we stayed was spacious with 3 rooms to accomodate 6 of us. Its clean, can cook, comes with washing machine and toilets with bidet. Swimming pool & Gym is on rooftop and amazing panoramic view of the city, simply breath taking. Place is safe with security . The war museum is 5 mins walk otherwise just grab anywhere you want to go, its really simple and cheap. A big thank you to Hannah for arranging and assisting us during this trip. She's been very helpful throughout. Places i would recommend - cuchi tunnel, mekong river cruise, night hop on hop off bus ride, war museum, shopping - ben thanh and saigon square. Overall , we enjoyed our trip and we recommend this place .

Review: Ván sàn kêu ọp ẹp, về khuya đi lại trong căn hộ rất ồn.
Nước nóng không ổn định, lúc có lúc không.
Wc không có lỗ thoát sàn, tắm trong bồn văng nước ra không có lỗ thoát, máy giặt để ở vị trí nguy hiểm vì quá gần cục nóng máy lạnh, nguy cơ giật điện cao.
Bù lại vị trí trung tâm tiện lợi di chuyển và đi lại rất ok
