优点： The A/C was working well and not smelly. The bathroom was clean. The room was equipped with cooking utensils. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator.

优点： This was probably the best value hotel I've stayed at. It is basic, but for the price it's amazing value with a small fridge, and the ability to cook (a hot plate plus everything you need to cook a meal).
The location is a little further out, but still within a 20 min walk to most of the sites. The heat and the state of the Vietnamese side walks does make this a little harder, but getting a grab is also very easy from here.
The highlight for me was the owner and his family. I am a solo female traveller and I felt looked after and safe at this hotel. I would definitely come back when I'm next in HCM.

优点： The staff is a lovely family, super friendly always ready to assist. The room is clean, with air-con functions, a fridge, a kettle, and a stove. The bathroom is clean. The location is a bit far, though bike taxis take you to the city center super fast. I enjoyed the stay, will choose it next time as well.

评价： It was a small apartment hotel located inside an alley. From the hotel to the main street, it was not far so although the car couldn't go inside, it didn't take much time to take my luggage out and booked a cab. The location was good, it was close to the airport and the city center. The owner was friendly and helpful. You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Knowing that I had to check out early, he set an alarm to help me. He also gave me some recommendations of where to eat at the late hour at night. The room was clean and super quiet. I was surprised. For the first time, I stayed in a hotel where there was no noise at night and I could have a good sleep. If you want to check in late or check out early, you need to tell the hotel owner in advance because they will close the gate at night.

优点： Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Maison Royale is approximately 10-15 minute walk to Tan Dinh Market, making it an ideal base for exploring the market, the nearby Tan Dinh Church and its surroundings with so many choices of eating option.

One can venture into District Phu Nhuan along Rach Mieu and Phan Xich Long Road with a many selections of restaurants.

A standout feature of Maison Royale is the exceptional hospitality provided by the host and his family.

We would stay here again in the future.

It is also near Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

评价： Phòng rất sạch sẽ và rộng rãi trong tầm giá, có đầy đủ tiện nghi bao gồm cả bếp, chén đũa, ấm đun nước,... Khách sạn ở nơi dễ tìm, có thang máy và giữ xe tại chỗ. Anh chủ và gia đình rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình.

优点： I am staying at this place every time, when I am visiting Ho Chi Mihn. The owners are very helpful and very kind to us. You can rent a bike at this place, do laundry and take a big bottle of water. It's near the city center. I like to coming back to this place!

评价： Only 15 minutes from the airport making this a perfect transit stay. The room's a bit dusty. The staff really helpful and friendly. You can find many resto and cafe around.

优点： Felt immediately like home, room had everything we needed incl. water in the fridge. We felt very welcome and got a very good rest (mind the very hard bed which is great for the back!). Location close to the airport is very handy, 15 min by Grab. Owner Trong is very friendly, available and helpful. Thank you and see you soon!
