Review: Quiet residential area, close to the center and Tao Dan Park, many convenient services, friendly hosts, reasonable price compared to the room size and location. There is a kitchen. Very convenient if you want to cook for yourself.

Positive points: Location was great and staff was really friendly. Entrance and building are secluded and set back from the street - there's a lot to do and the area is great but the room and building are quiet. Very clean and I felt comfortable and safe traveling alone.

Review: First off, both uncle and auntie & cleaning lady are such nice people. 😊Conversations are a challenge because they speak little English but that didn't stop us from engaging via Google Translate.

I stayed in Mango-3 (rear view) for close to 2 months. I wish there were plants to look at but they're all dead. 😔

Place is within walking distance to work so I LOVE it. Place is fairly big but things that can be improved :
- for long stays, please provide a water dispenser rather than small bottles of water every day
- Laundry - I was shocked at first to see my clothes hanging outside the bathroom. 😳 But all good. Please offer full service laundry. 🙏
- better cable channels

Review: GOOD: Location easily accessible and near town center.

BAD: The pillows was super hard and big, can’t sleep on it. Cockroaches everywhere. The sliding door was not very friendly for kids as easily tip over.

Positive points: Lots of storage areas in the shower section. Sleeping area is bright and look comfortable.

Review: Starbucks was literally across the street. This is an alley in a very safe place, it’s super quiet. The bed is amazing. We stayed at the Mango room, it could have been a bit cleaner (cobwebs and a little bit of maintenance or polishing would have been good) but basically you get what you pay for. I felt safe, the bed and bathroom were spotless, we got free water, staff was nice. I would stay there again, I’d rather spend my money shopping than staying at a 5 star hotel.

Review: Since a couple of years I regularly stay at Angela. I choose Angela due to the quiet environment. But there are no facilities at all and staff is changing constantly. This time there was no English at all. It's a gesture thing upon check in. They did not find the reservation, tough communication problems. Breakfast was not provided either. So next time I'll look for alternatives

Positive points: The location itself would be ok - walking distance from many restaurants, supermarket and big park.

Review: Staff could not understand basic English. Breakfast was delivered to room early (6.45). It was cold and we could not eat it. Asked for white tea got a black herbal tea. Asked for a cappuccino but told not on the menu any more asked for a white coffee. Got quarter of a cup of black coffee. Room was dirty, rubbish still in the bin, lights didn't work. Cold showers. Wouldn't recommend to any one. Very dissapointed
