Review: 搭乘機場巴士6002到弘大站很直覺，但不是正門口，需要過馬路走三分鐘。飯店到各大逛街名店餐廳都很方便，地點真的很棒。嬰兒隨行有提供床圍跟和室落地床很棒，但沒有嬰兒澡盆，這點會不太方便。一樓的大門蠻重的不是電動門，一個人推嬰兒車會不太方便。但整體還是很不錯的。

Review: I stayed at this hotel for the second time. My first experience was absolutely amazing, but the second time was quite disappointing, especially with the receptionist (a man). He told me that I couldn’t get my room because I didn’t include my last name in the booking. He made things very difficult for me and my family, insisting that I wouldn’t be able to get my room unless I called Agoda for assistance. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had — even at 5-star hotels I regularly book, I’ve never encountered anything like this.

Review: The hotel is situated right across from famous Hongdae Street and is a 3min walk from the train station. The room and the rest of the facilities were really good. I gave 3 stars for the facilities as we were given a room on level 5 which was fine but there was renovation works (e.g. drilling, moving of pipes/metal pieces) that started at 7am which could be heard very clearly in the room. The hotel had provided a notice that renovations would start at 8am and that we could request for earplugs. The windows are not soundproof either as we could hear the traffic from the main road. Faint conversations from the room next door could also be heard in the middle of the night.

Positive points: The staffs are really polite and easy to talk to. They helped me check in smoothly. The lady who assisted me first let me in early like 1hr before my supposedly check-in time and she helped me on how to use the locker for storing my luggage since I arrived there really early. nThe common room on the 21st floor is huge and there's really a lot of things to do plus the view up there is great. There's also a weighing scale there which really is a great help for me to manage my luggage allowance. nMy room is also spacious and the bathroom are on point for me. Though there's no cabinet, there's a wide open one where I can hang up my clothes and they even provided few hangers. nThe housekeeping ladies are really warm and always smiling. They often asks me what I need whenever I meet them on the hallway. nThe check out process was also smooth, I didn't even wait for 2 minutes. nOn the fifth floor, the laundry room is also spacious and they even provided us with 2 option for ironing my clothes, free of use.nThe highlight of my stay is the location. It is near the bus and subway station plus the shopping street is just a few minutes away as well. There's also a direct connection to Lotteria and ANGEL IN US which is convenient enough for me.

Positive points: This hotel was great over all. Very clean. The service was great. Location phenomenal. 2 seconds away to a subway station and literally the street had so much going on , shops , restaurants , food. Great spot.

Review: Very convenient location. We took the airport limousine 6002 both from and to airport and was just a 5-10 minute walk. Very close to Hongdae walking street area with shopping and food. nnThe room was a reasonable size. Only consideration would be that there us no enclosed area for changing after getting out of the shower so I will have to reach out for my clothes to get dressed and be careful not to get them wet while dressing. I stayed with my mom so it was alright having to reach for my clothes undressed but I would find it very inconvenient if I were to stay with my friends.
