Review: this hotel was at a really good location for us, because we had to go to seoul station early.nCheck-in is done by yourself using the instructions send over agoda. The room is open and you just go in and take the key.nThe room is small and decently clean.
Positive points: Excellent.rnValue for money paid is quite good.rnNot too comfortable to keep us bound to the room.
Negative points: Rooms can be more spacious.

Review: The room I was assigned had a weird smell which they masked with a deodorizer. But I booked because of the location, and instructions were coordinated early.
Positive points: Close to the subway.
Negative points: Quiet neighborhood and budget friendly.
Review: The host was very thoughtful and considered all our requests. They also reply right away. All transactions went smoothly. Self-check in and check-out. We loved our stay there
Positive points: The location is near the subway station and near anything that you need especially the convenience store.
Review: This is worth the money and really sorry coz this is a very late review from our previous stay in your place.
Positive points: The location was a real advantage. Its literally a stone throw away from Sookmyung Women's Univ Exit 1. Basic needs were provided a small towel, toilet paper, coffee sachets, slippers imside the room.
Negative points: It would have been better if breakfast was provided. Also sound proofing of the rooms. The rooms need a little upgrade. Otherwise, the whole stay was pleasant.
Review: Prime location,good staff and easy to find.nRoom a bit small if you travel with friends. I had a large luggage,my friend had a large luggage too,so the double room is cramped 😆😆.nAlso the pantry had no sink,which is very incovenient 🙁
Positive points: The location was very convenient and the ac was working well. The owner responded quickly to our problems.
Negative points: We did not have hot water for a bit. The doors were so close the walls, it was hard to walk by them without some weird maneuvering. First light near the entrance was out.
Review: location is amazing but it is hard to find, if you are using google map plz do ur homework before you go. room is quite small for 2 person but if it is just a place to sleep the go for it. there was toiletry items provided for you and the washroom was okay not small. staff was so helpful even the room was just okay for me but only one reason to go back is that I got really impress by how staff was helping me.
Positive points: There Are good connection metro and bus station!
Negative points: The room is extremely small and not clean, with visible dust. There is mold everywhere from old plumbing pipes, and the humidity is very high. The bed is uncomfortable, with an old mattress and springs that pressed painfully into our backs. There’s no soundproofing, so we couldn’t sleep due to noise coming from the neighboring rooms and the constant sound of water flowing through the pipes. Instead of proper bedding, we only had old blankets that hadn’t been washed.
Review: It's near to 숙대입구역 (Sookmyung Women's University Station) exit 1 so it's easy to take train easily without walking much. Also room is nice and clean.
Positive points: The Guesthouse it's well located, one stop from Seoul station. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, there's water, tea and clean towels in the reception area.
Negative points: The bed mattress seemed to have a broken spring and it was uncomfortable.
Review: room is good enough, as expected for this price point and nothing amazing. but the best part of this property is the location. right outside sookmyung women's university station which is 1 stop away from seoul station. makes it very convenient to get to the airport by AREX and travel around the city

Review: The owner was good at communicating and helping me. Room was meager but acceptable. Spring bed was a little uncomfortable. Good wifi and some amenities like hot water and extra towels. nnSurprisingly quiet because it's on a side street. Only 1 minute walk from station! For the price and location, it was good and I would consider staying again.
