Điểm trừ: I really don’t like to provide negative feedback as I know people are trying to make a living. While the staff was very friendly and kind, my experience was not the best and I would not stay here again. nnAfter having been here, I do agree with other reviews that the place smells musty. My first situation that arose was my ride from Ubud to Jana’s. Once my ride was 30 minutes late, I contacted Jana’s to learn that the driver had a flat tire. No problem, I found another ride.nnAfter going to dinner and coming back to settle in for the night, it was hard for me to be comfortable in the room when there was loud talking and conversation in the room next to me. Once it was 9 pm I contacted the Homestay via what’s app and let them know about the noise and that I would be leaving the next day. She let me know it was unusual and that it was a family member that was having problems (had been in an accident and had people visiting). Honestly, I’m super flexible but this environment did not work for me. The conversations continued until around 10 pm and started again around 6 am. She offered to not charge me for the second night, which I appreciated and also felt like that was the right thing to do on her part. The noise was such that I was on my bed and made a recording from my phone to send to her and you could hear the noise from that distance. The walls are super thin.nnAside from the noise, it would be helpful if there was a dresser or wardrobe in the room. The room consists of a bed, nightstand, and desk- there really was not a place to put any clothes.

Đánh giá: I spent 3 nights at Jana's homestay and really enjoyed it, the staff was friendly, the room spacious and rhe bed very comfy. The only little thing was the noise from the road, but otherwise everything was good, the breakfast with several options and pretty well located in Sidemen.
Điểm cộng: This was a great place to stay in Sidemen! The room was really beautiful and for great value. It has a large bathroom, terrace, AC, good wifi, and mosquito net. There was also breakfast every morning and the owners of the homestay were so helpful and friendly. We rented a scooter from them, exchanged currency with them, and arranged tours with them very easily making our stay go super smoothly. There's also a laundromat right next door which is convenient for doing laundry.
Điểm trừ: The bed was a bit firm but it was no problem at all. Still pretty comfortable.

Điểm cộng: I had a great stay, amazing room with all the facilities given. Beautiful greenary infront of the room. You get very good food at their restaurant. You also get 2 wheeler rental from them, with different options.nnPro Tip- Gojek works fine around the area for Harbour drop or other destination transport.nForex Exchange also near by.
Điểm trừ: Caution: Care taker mindset is all about money, We wanted to go to Kusamba port, we asked them if Grab or Gojek working here, straight away she told it won't work. When we asked for taxi service she told 200K, however later when we discovered Gojek works fine in sidemen, it showed us 90k-100k. When we told her we will take Gojek, she asked for 100K as cancellation fee, it was not even 10 mins discussing about the drop service. Already she demanded cancellations money. Later when we argued, she remained silent. Telling lies to customers just because you can charge more money, which we didn't like.nnAlso don't buy Forex Exchange here, they don't even update the rates for one week. Keeping at the lowest rate and telling lies that rate is not changed.
Đánh giá: The room is spacious and has an antique touch to it. Even outside the rooms it's lush green and absolutely green. There's a small fountain outside from where the sound of dripping water comes which is therapautic. Staff is warm and friendly. 100% recommend.
Điểm cộng: I absolutely loved the vibe here. It was so nice to have a private room with my own bathroom. Staff were pretty friendly and breakfast was pretty good.
Điểm trừ: The room was clean but there were so many ants in my room. When you solo budget travel you get used too seeing stuff like that so I didn’t bug me much. But there was a whole group of ant on one part of my wall
Đánh giá: The room and the bathroom was super clean and in a condition as if it were freshly renovated! The owners were extremely nice and helped me out a lot when i was sick🙏 i highly recommend staying here :)
Điểm cộng: Had a wonderful 6 night stay at the homestay. Received the most efficient and loving attention by the hosts, Katut and Nana. If you need to, they can arrange any extra service for you (laundry, scooters, transport) and all for competitive prices. The rooms and breakfast are very good and overall superb value for the money.
Đánh giá: The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. The location is just close enough to get to restaurants by foot. They also have scooter hire which I definitely recommend in Sidemen. The food they cook is clean and tasty. The room is basic but comfortable. I would stay here again

Đánh giá: Tôi thật sự thích kỳ nghỉ tại Jana's Homestay. Các phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất hữu ích và thân thiện, và tôi đánh giá cao nhiều lựa chọn bữa sáng vào buổi sáng. Rất đáng để giới thiệu!
Điểm cộng: The staff were very kind and accomodating. They serve the best hotel breakfast we've had. We had an excellent time here.
Điểm cộng: The host helped us arrange a bike and a car. The staff were friendly.
Điểm trừ: There was some creature constantly screaming throughout the night. The noise was so loud and scary. It felt like it came from the walls of the room. We couldn’t find out if it was from inside the room or outside. I was so scared I couldn’t sleep one bit. It started after 10pm so I couldn’t wake up the hosts too.
