Review: If location and price are your main concerns, this hotel is not a bad choice for staying. It offers good value for money. However, don't expect friendly service from the staff, especially at the front desk—they can be quite mechanical. I will never stay there again, as there are many better places to stay in Seoul.
Positive points: Breakfast was good. They also served and opened early.
Negative points: Nothing.
Review: The location was superb. It is very easy to locate from far away. Kid friendly, clean, and reassuring place. I loved the pretty hot tub and the black light out
Negative points: Shower had no curtain and was a tub so water went all over the floor. Room only had one very small window. Bed was extremely hard. Hotel is old and shows it’s age. It’s not very clean.
Review: The room is clean, conveniently located near the train station and bus stop, the breakfast is not diverse but quite adequate, the kids in the family found it quite interesting to experience cooking instant noodles for breakfast. If I visit Seoul again, I would still choose this hotel.

Positive points: It was convenient to the subway station and a Lotte store.
Negative points: Staff wasn’t helpful when our flight to return home was cancelled and we had to return home a day early. They would not refund our last day. We had three rooms and these rooms were the most expensive rooms for our whole trip to South Korea. The room also didn’t look like the photos on the website. The walls are in need of a fresh coat of paint! Upon arrival late in the evening, there were some unpleasant odors wafting out of the parking area and the incense smell in the facility was strong. We didn’t see a whole lot to do in the general area.
Positive points: The staff were kind. The location is perfect to get public transpotation
Negative points: B The bathroom looks clean, but smell around the toilet was awful.
Positive points: the bed linens are really nice and clean. nhotel is near the train station.
Negative points: we had to ask for bath towels almost everyday for the week we stayed- there are 3 of us in the family room but only 1 or 2 bath towels given, and 3 small HAND towels 😞. there is no towel rack/bar/hook in the bathroom or in the bedroom.

Positive points: close to the train station
Negative points: someone’s underwear was in the room under the couch, overall it wasn’t cleaned good. I got the most boring room among all designers ones, not worth it.
Review: Very good place to stay in the East side Seoul.
Positive points: Clean and large. The bath was giant! I really liked the bathroom. The TV was large and the bed was fluffy and comfy.
Negative points: You can’t choose which style of room you get. I was hoping for a beautifully styled room but we got a plain black and white room. It was so boring compared to other pictures.
Positive points: The location was convenient to a Lotte mall. Public transport options were very close by, both Cheongnyangni Station and bus stop options.
Negative points: The overall ambiance of the rooms were booked could be improved upon. Beds were a little too hard and one of our rooms had an intense and horrible smoke smell. Once the hotel staff was notified they were able to move us, but I am surprised they would book someone into a room that had issues.
Review: I will come back here to stay when i go back to Seoul.
