Đánh giá: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a big, lush garden and a spacious pool. The Balinese vibe and quiet surroundings make it really peaceful. Location is great too, just a short walk from the beach and close to the main road with shops, restaurants and boutiques.

Điểm cộng: The pool and gardens are very nice and it feels very traditional Balinese. The location is wonderful. So close to the beach and the main street on Sanur with access to shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.
Điểm trừ: My room was really dated. Stains and mold all over the walls and ceiling. The bathroom had a truly terrible smell that would not go away. Towels were stained and the whole room and bathroom just felt unclean and dated. I also feel the price for this room was too much. I paid 650k IDR per night , which for the standard of the room I felt was too much.

Đánh giá: Buon albergo , abbastanza pulito, molto belli i giardini e le camere. Posizione stupenda è vicinissimo alla spiaggia ma molto tranquillo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Peccato che il ristorante non sia un granché.
Điểm cộng: Room was spacious with a large balcony. The breakfast offered a good choice and was tasty. The hotel was close to excellent restaurants.

Đánh giá: This place is a bit hard to describe as it has the perfect location for closeness to beach as well as away from any noise, it has the most beautiful gardens and a wonderful swimming pool… but…nI have a sense it strongly depends on which room you get how happy you will be here. I had the most amazing time and a great room, so no problems, however I have it on good authority that some of the rooms do have some problems, one particularly is with mold, and that generally it will also depend on how noisy your neighbours are as the walls are quite thin. Breakfast was substantial although the coffee was a not great.

Điểm trừ: Unfortunately, my recent stay at Segara Agung Boutique Hotel fell short of expectations. While the property's pool and garden area were aesthetically pleasing, the condition of my Superior room was disappointing. The room exhibited signs of wear and tear, including dirty walls, curtains, and bed linens. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with a musty odor, dirty tiles, and broken fixtures. Despite the basic breakfast provided, the overall state of the room significantly impacted my stay. I would recommend that the hotel invest in maintenance and renovations to improve the quality of its accommodations.nnAlso, at check they made me sign a non-refund policy. I wonder if that was about to cover their backs because of the room's conditions :)

Điểm cộng: We booked last minute as a delayed flight made us miss the ferry to Lembongan. The pool area looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special. Easy location to get to the ferry the next morning. Walkable to restaurants.
Điểm trừ: The room was big but the bathroom looked like a morgue. Everything was clean but it looked dirty because it was all so old. Rooms definitely need to be upgraded.
Đánh giá: We have been staying at the Segara Agung for at least 25 years. It has a lovely location down a leafy, charming street. The hotel itself is not fancy, but it is comfortable and has lovely grounds and a nice, big pool.nHighly recommended as an affordable, uniquely attractive, small hotel.
