Review: Everything was perfect (except the mattress was hard)
Positive points: Location and clean. Elevator and easy check in and check out.
Negative points: Not enough toiletries and blankets.nQueen bed has a mattress as solid and firm as a rock!
Positive points: Extremely close to the train station exit 3. Airport bus is accessible, about a 5 minute walk (plus crossing the road to the opposite side)
Negative points: Has only 1 elevator — during peak hours, it takes a long time to get up or down.
Review: environment/lighting to dark almost in whole area: lobby, room coridor, room itself and also bathroom,....so its looks creepy
Negative points: It smelled like tobacco inside which was not pleasant.
Review: location is the best for business visitors .... just amenities do not match the price.
Positive points: Right next to the metro station, had markets and coffee shops walking distance, staff was very kind and helpful, the price was very reasonable, overall our stay was very pleasant
Negative points: Even though they cleaned our rooms everyday but it wasnt as clean, and also the bathroom exhaust wasnt working, and no glass windows

Positive points: I personally loved the spacious room! You rarely get to see a room as spacious as this in Seoul. Surpisingly, the bed was firm and the pillows were so soft and comfortable that we had a good rest every night. I love also the provided toiletries & tissues - they all smell sooo good! The staff were all warm and helpful too even the cleaning staff. Superb service. The property also was located near subway and train station just a few mins of walk.
Negative points: The facilities were quite old but not much of an issue since it’s normal wear and tear as long as no leaks/foul scent. Also, I was a bit disappointed their cafe was closed - was looking forward to their lobby cafe. nnLocation also is Gangnam area - a bit far if you plan to visit Seoul center (Namsan/Palaces/Myeongdong) around 45-50 mins on a bus ride. The subway and bus stations were just close by so it wasn’t issue to us.
Positive points: I do not eat breakfast, good location

Positive points: The location is excellent as it is close to public transport.
Negative points: Hotel with very minimal amenities. The room was Ok, as soon as we entered there was a very strong musky odour emanating from the bathroom, that we had to spray every time to mask the smell. They only provided 3 bottled water and 3 pillows for 4 people. When we requested for extra pillows due to my husband's sleeping problem, they refused and gave us towels instead! We had to request to change the sheets since they don't automatically do it even though our stay was 2 weeks. There is no ambient light in the room too since they painted the windows so no natural light.

Negative points: A very small room, it is not worth it, this is an expensive price
Review: 청소는 깔끔하지만 오래된 시설이라 한계가 있습니다. 욕실환기 안되는것과 끊임없이 나오는 나방파리가 좀 스트레스였어요. 방은 어두웠는데 이건 호불호가 있을듯합니다. 스텝들 친절하시고 공간 넓고 위치는 최고입니다. 그래도 이 가격에 강남에서 이정도 호텔은 구하기 어려울듯합니다.

Negative points: I asked for a need shame cleana they said they don't know us not willing to help me they don't want me to be friends with foreigners
