Review: Great motorbikes for rent and the twin room was also fine for 1 night. I recommend.
Positive points:

We just stayed for one night to do the loop and arrived in the middle of the night
Negative points: Our room wasn’t cleaned. The toilet was not flushed, there were sprinkles on the toilet seat. One of the beds wasn’t made, no fresh sheets.
Review:

Positive points:
The room was alright and clean. But the hostel was over crowded because of all the very big ha giang loop tours they offered. There were always a lot of people waiting for their night bus or waiting for their tour at the lobby/around the hostel.
We did the ha giang loop ourselves and the motorbike was good, didn’t let us down. Often the communication with the staff was a little bit confusing, because always a lot was going on. And only one person good speak decent English.
For the price and for a night to stay it’s a solid option. But would recommend to do the tour somewhere else, where the groups are smaller.

An amazing choice to stay at to do the loop. Weather renting a bike and riding solo, or booking a group tour. This place is hard to beat !
Positive points: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. The 3 day 2 night tour was also awesome, with good food, accommodation and great easy riders.
Review:
Reception not the same as in pictures.
But the bunks were new and clean Showers and toilets not very clean.
So for that money is ok for sleeping before or after the Loop.

Amazing, we stayed here one night but the place was lovely.
We arrived with the night bus at 2 15 am and they made no issues about this at all. Beds were super comfy and pillows were great. There is a light and little shelves to store all kinds of small personal items. The blanket was also big enough so my partner didn't steal my part.
Breakfast was a buffer with eggs, pancakes, bread, fruits, cucumbers. We didn't do the loop the day we arrived so we had breakfast after everyone left. The staff was so nice to offer to make more eggs and more pineapple (as they has almost run out by the time we arrived). The whole building was modern and the shower and toilet are separated.
I would have loved to stay here longer
Negative points: It's hard to sleep out after the night bus because everyone leaving for the Ha Giang loop that day makes noise.

Positive points: Beds were comfortable.
Negative points: Bathrooms were not clean, cockroach in the cup I picked up for breakfast.
Review: Bed is super comfy, nice staff, but the bathroom is not so clean and has bad smell and run out of toilet paper in the evening.
Positive points: 24h check in
Negative points: The bathroom was in a horrible condition. The breakfast was hopeless, very few tables in the reception area full of drivers and staff made it impossible to sit and move around. Pictures were probably taken the day it was opened because it was not that clean / in good conditions for sure.

Positive points: The bed was comfortable, free water refill.
Negative points:
This hostel was a big disappointment. My partner and I decided to stay here for 2 nights before we set off solo on the loop.
Let me break it down into parts:
1. Accommodation
- We stayed in a private room on the third floor at the end of the corridor. The room was not clean, the aircon didn't work as a heater and the spare blanket in the cupboard was dirty and not pleasant - we obviously did not use this and were cold.
- It was NOISY, you could hear staff shouting till the early hours, the elevator noise going off every 5 minutes and managers knocking on doors to wake people up who are going on a tour. This included our door several times, despite us not going with a tour.
- Breakfast is included which is good, but this is more of a first come first serve situation.
2. Staff / Motorbike hire
- In the whole of Vietnam from Saigon, all the way up to here, we have never experienced such cold and unwelcoming staff, both local and international workers.
- We chose to hire a bike for 5 days to do the loop on our own without an IDP, with full understanding of the potential risks involved. Immediately when we told the staff our plan, their “advice” came across as scaremongering and not genuine at all. Laughing about how we could get stuck on the loop somewhere with our bike seized, is simply unprofessional and unacceptable when you are the provider of the service. We knew their primary focus was to get people to go on the tour. (we saw this happen to ALOT of people who did end up likely scared and joining a tour last minute) I could go on more, but I hope you get the point.
3. The motorbike
- The hostel has 100’s of bikes which all look relatively new and are well maintained. Though our bike, arrived from somewhere else, was older and had smaller tyres. Considering the fact we paid 180k a day, a newer bike would be expected after some market research.
Review: Very comfortable bed. Customer service is awesome!
Positive points: Only stayed for 1 night before doing Ha Giang loop but it was comfortable enough and perfect for what I needed.
Review: great value for money
Positive points:
The room was nice with good shower, desk etc.
Good WiFi, nice breakfast (buffet with fried egg, baguette bread, Jam, fruit and fresh cucumber, coffee, tea, cream puffs)
Negative points:
Some staff members seemed a bit confused sometimes leading to misunderstandings.
When the tours start or end, the lobby is very full with all the people waiting, so it gets very loud.
Review: A great place to stay for a night before or after doing the ha giang loop! Simple but clean rooms.
