Fraser Suites Hanoi

Review: Fraser is one of the best hotel in Hanoi for family travel together. Room is sizeable with full amenities . Staffs are polite and helpful. Supermarket downstairs makes it so convenient for us and we feel like at home.

Review: Travelled in a group of 7 with elderly. Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment that is big and spacious.nnEverything else was basic.

Positive points: Kids were allergic to something in the living room sofa.

Review: Just booked this for a night and was surprised by the amenities available in the room, especially the availability of a washing machine (though I didn’t use it). Comfortable room, next to a mall with 2 supermarkets - 1 local and 1 more upmarket.

Positive points: Room with kitchenette was well equipped, staff was great and there are even two supermarkets in the same building. One of them is upscale with great bakery goods and prepared food.

Review: Comprehensive facilities in the room with washer/dryer, though I didn’t use them as I was there for one night stay only. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is very near old quarters, which makes it convenient to tour around.

Positive points: Super mice & friendly staff, great property with services available including pools, bar, restaurants, shops next door, and shuttle to the city areas. The property is close to a lake, where you can take a walk or jog around it. And there are also plenty of eateries including restaurants, street foods and stands with local food.rnI was there for my birthday and the hotel staff sent me flowers with hand-written card with heartfelt words! That meant a lot to me and I have enjoyed my stay there even more!

Review: Room is Fully equipped with kitchenwares. Washing machine. There’s a small mall connected to the hotel. With a local mart and a western mart . n
