Review: Saya booked bilik yang include breakfast tetapi apabila check in, staff beritahu bilik tu tak include breakfast, bilik harga lain baru ada breakfast sedangkan saya booked through agoda dan ditulis bahawa bilik saya booked sudah include breakfast. Bau di luar hotel juga agak kurang menyenangkan.
Positive points: the kindness of the owner, he gave us a paper map when we arrived! I haven't had one in years, and it's always very useful. he gives all the facilities for whatever you want. 10 min far for the city center
Negative points: The washbasin could be a little cleaner and the toilet pipe works 🫣
Review: Best staycation with City View.. The best is include breakfast. The staff will knock the door and mention you, the breakfast are ready. Very nice and breakfast are so delicious. But Hot water in shower room always not function. The room are good and nice.. worth it with the price . Thanks Wisma Sunrise Guest House..
Positive points: Helpful owner and staff. Reasonably close to Mount Sibayak hiking. Nice view overlooking the city. Easy access to multiple food options. Decent breakfast included.
Negative points: Close to mosque so early morning prayers limited morning sleep. Could be a bit cleaner. Provide a top sheet on the bed along with the provided blanket.
Positive points: worth it with teh price, the view it's beautiful
Positive points: Great view from the balcony. Super kind staff who speak good English and provide you with all the information you need around the town. Comfy, clean bed. Hot shower. 1.5h walk away from the mountain trailhead.
Negative points: The socket is near the bottom of the bed instead of its top. I wish they provide linen for the blanket as it's quite big and I'm not sure how often they can wash the whole blanket.
Review: We're booked with Agoda but were we arrived the property said not have a link with Agoda, and they pushed to manual check-in with over price with Agoda.nSo terrible at midnight

Positive points: Mr. Anton was so friendly and very helpful and he speak very good english. He gave us a Map and informed us about the sights and the prices. nBreakfast was good and the view was nice.nRoom was big the bed was comfortable.
Negative points: The rooms urgently need renovation.nThe sink is broken and the bathroom is dirty and smelled of mold. Instead of doing anything, they cover the smell with a chemical scent ball, which really bothered us and It's not good for your health either.nThe room was damp all the time.nTo be honest we are glad that we only stay for 2 nights. It's a shame because Mr. Anton and the employee were very nice and helpful.

Review: This is the second time we stay at this guesthouse, usually we choose our room upstairs room no 12. Breakfast is available, hot water is available if you wish to take a bath.
Positive points: Great location, views, and staff. Breakfast was a great touch which included an array of local fruits. Great value!

Positive points: Great location, beautiful surroundings, great staff. The reception and staff were most welcoming and helpful, first impressions of a beautiful and amazing hotel. Everything about this hotel is great. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had breakfast. The food is good and value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. The room itself is well equipped and comfortable. I am very happy with my visit. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.
Review: during my visit, there was a renovation in progress at the front yard, the bathroom water heater was not working well maybe ran out of gas (gas water heater). Staff was welcoming and nice, still made us breakfast (included in the booking) although we said we don't need any as we were rushing to go hiking at mt sibayak.
Positive points: High on a hill close to village center, close to volcano. Good views. Close to bus to city. Cool. Very clean Air. Many clothes & fruit shops
Negative points: No shower . No TV
