Review: The room was nice and a lot of space and the views from the balcony were amazing. Could see mt. Sibayak and Sinabung and there were a few other mountains. The house is in the middle of the fields, so its really quiet there. The town is a 15-20 minute walk away.nGood place to stay, if you want to climb Mt. Sibayak. They got me a good guide for climbing the volcano. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Positive points: Good facility and good view.
Negative points: Location is not quite good, far from downtown, difficult to reach without private car.
Positive points: We had an amazing stay! The room was perfectly clean and had a very comfy bed. The host were exceptionally helpful in every way! Great tips on how to take the local buses and hike the volcano. Wonderful view from the homestay and very peaceful location. Would definitely stay there again!
Negative points: Nothing. All was great!
Positive points: Quite peaceful, as a little away from the main part of Berastagin (be prepared to walk a little, or use transportation) and great staff who are very helpful and friendly.
Positive points: Great home stay. Amazing people! It feels like staying with friends. Berastagi is a special place and this is the best place to experience it.
