Review: Had a pleasant stay, it’s near to bus stops and metro. Although during my stay there was a construction going on, but overall it’s a nice place to stay for group.

Positive points: It was a very nice place to stay. Location is wonderful, interior is cozy, bathroom is pretty big for Seoul. Honorable mention to fluffy pillows - very enjoyable! I was sick after flight and requested an early check in right away, which was succesful - thank you so much!

Review: The property offers excellent value for the money spent. It was very comfortable, well maintained, and the facility was spacious and decorated in a modern style. However, there is construction going on right in front of it, which made it a bit tricky for taxis. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and I would likely book this again.

Positive points: I stayed 29 nights and found it suitable for long term stay. It was equipped with almost everything we needed. The building was clean. The room was nice and warm.

Positive points: Very comfortable for a week stay for a family of 4. Everything was super smooth and efficient from luggage safe keeping to check-in. They have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Review: A little stressful for Someone who is not use to separating trash and recycling. Overall it was manageable! Excellent ,clean, roomy place for 3 of us.

Positive points: All necessary things are well organized in the studio. Although it is not spacious, it is enough to stay for three people. I stayed with my parents (over eighty) for 9 days. They are very satisfied with the room, facility and staff. Especially, they love the bed, the spacious fridge and shelves for storage and the ventilation system. Furthermore, I personally like that there is a window in the room. This type of room is suitable for family. I will definitely use this business residences next time. Review: It wasn’t just for us - found the location very hectic although easy access to other Gangnam areas or areas just above the river. We weren’t happy with the towels as they smelled, and despite the experience with some sewage smell from bathrooms, I have to say this was the far worst. One thing we found handy was the washing machine being in the unit plus the drying rack esp when we were getting towards the end of our Korea trip.

Positive points: Very nice, cozy and modern apartment. Offers everything you need. The location is nice as well, a little secluded between small streets but there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and small convenience stores in the area.

Review: An apart-hotel that suitable for family. The only back-draw are the dirty lifts floor and smoking smell that enter your apartment from the bathroom.

Positive points: lovely new well fitted modern elegant apartment unit, with lots of natural light. very well thought out furnishings, there was a nice walk in wardrobe in one of the rooms. light switches were good allowing various different options for your preferences. kitchen was well furnished , also a washing machine with a clothes hanging rack, hidden behind a nice wall door. we felt very comfortable to spend 9 days as a family with enough space for everyone.

Review: The room assigned was next to a construction site that started making noise from 6 am in the morning. I asked them at the time of check in to another room away from the construction site but they refused the request.

Review: Pricey for a small space. Def a one person accom or two max. The bathroom was small with toilet right next to sink. Has everythhing you need though.

Review: Had an absolutely amazing time here. Instructions and self check in processes were easy to navigate. Beautiful rooms equipped with bidet toilets, heated flooring, washing machine, kichenette, and most importantly a lot of closet and storage space. Great ambient lighting. Feels like home. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

Positive points: The location was near to public transport. Comfortable apartment and clean. nRequested early check in but the room wasn't ready and they waived the fee which was nice if them. They provided instructions on how to use items in the apartment
