Positive points: Very nice and friendly hostess! Tasty breakfast with 50k extra per person per day! Totally worth it!
Negative points: The blanket was a bit smelly. Did not feel really clean. Shampoo and shower gel was limited.

Positive points: Hung and her husband are wonderfully kind. They take exceptional care of their guests. Their daughter in law Phuong is extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. The bananas fresh from the garden were delicious. The garden itself is beautiful and very peaceful. Many things to see: butterflies, dragonflies, frogs, striped skinks, even tiny fish in the ponds! Hung has roses, honeysuckle, dragonfruit cactus, begonias, hibiscus, snapdragon, birds of paradise, gladioli, chives, waterlilies, banana , and many other lovely plants that I didn’t know the names of. It is a little piece of paradise.
Negative points: Hiring a motorbike to the city can be challenging. Best if you know how to ride one you can rent from the neighbor for a reasonable price.
Positive points: Great place to stay, beautiful garden with chairs and tables, nice room, you can ask the owner if you want to rent motorbike, have a kitchen if you want to cook for yourself.

Positive points: The Garden House is located right between Da Nang and Hoi An, so it's convenient for anyone who wishes to travel to both places. The room has a nice, clean private bathroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and suitable for a short retreat trip. Plus, the garden is beautiful and well-cared.
Negative points:
There are certain inconvenient points that we experienced during our trip:
1. There is no private lock on the door of guest rooms.
2. There are no toiletries (except 1 roll of toilet paper) as given in our Booking
3. The gate is always locked by the owner. When we want to open the gate, we must ring the bell and the owner comes to open the gate. This is very inconvenient if we have night trips and come back late.
4. Guest kitchen and refrigerator are very dirty
5. The room is poorly sound-proof. You can basically hear everything other people are saying.
Review:
The house is away from the city, if you wanna a quiet place to stay ánd chill. I choose this house cause of the price is reasonable and I love garden. If you are travelling to Bâna hills it will took you around 45 mins with automatic bikes.

Positive points: Peaceful, clean, beautiful garden, gracious host, perfectly located between Hoi An, Da Nang, and attractions, ideal balance of relaxation and exploration
Negative points: Because the location is still new, there isn't a specific spot on the Grab app, but you can easily get around by renting a motorbike

Positive points: A nice change to stay away from touristy area apart from Danang and Hoian. The host lady was very nice, she treated me with the herbal teas, those herbs picked from her garden. Nice experiment
Positive points: Cô chú cực kì dễ thương và nhiệt tình luôn. Chỗ ở siêu xinh, góc ngoài vườn ngồi chill cực. Chỉ là hơi xa trung tâm Đà Nẵng nhưng đối với những đứa thích đi phượt như tụi mình thì không sao hết
