Ebisu Onsen Resort

Review: Room was clean, but facilities is horrible. Hotpot served in restaurant was not up to standard. Breakfast was stated as international buffet but we had Ala carte. Only table for both meals. Don't seems to have other people staying here.

Positive points: The hot spring water pools were lovely to swim in.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.

Review: Reasons I didn't like : Sooo slippery on the paths in the rain, pork diner expensive and could even chew it was half rind ... our bath tub plug didn't work and staff struggled to talk English thus giving mixed messages . POSITIVES: The artisian water is amazing, mud baths great value 200 vdb each , water park for kids amazing , lots of other features amazing . My family will return in the dry season .

Positive points: Been here many times for the day and over night, its a great place to get away when living in danang or hoi an. I love the location, very tranquil and green. Many things to do whatever the weather is, rainy or hot. The staff is very helpful, and always help to get you to the right place. The room was awesome, the bathtub was the star of the show. I really enjoyed the hot springs and bird garden.

Review: My wife and I been visiting hot springs across South East Asia and this Ebisu, surpassed our expectations, onsen, mud math, massage, steam abd saunas, well adapted into the nature. What a nice to have your own hot mineral bath tube in your room.
Worth the drive from Danang!

Positive points: Staff agreed to change queen bed to two single beds before our arrival as there were no available twin bed rooms at time of booking. Emails were responded to in good time.

Review: This hotel is advertised as a place to relax and unwind, but it’s hard to do when other guests are so loud. The bathroom has a door to the balcony and the window sills do not have glass so we can hear everyone outside. As for the room itself, it was good. One thing they could do to make it better would be to put more hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes.

If you are looking for a place for your kids to swim and play, then this is a perfect place. Their water park is nice to help cool everyone down. I’m not sure whether the onsen is busy during the day, but we went at 5 pm and had the place to ourselves and we were able to relax.

Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Had something for everyone. I just wished they would change the menu. Pretty much they served the same thing every day. The lunch buffet had similar food to the breakfast one so it’s not worth to eat the lunch buffet. I would recommend going to the Phoenix restaurant to eat a la carte.

The location is not ideal. I booked this hotel thinking that it’s not too far from Ba Na Hills. I should have looked up the directions beforehand. Although it is physically located near each other, there aren’t any direct routes so it’s still a 40 minute drive to Ba Na Hills. If I had known, I would have just booked two nights instead of three nights here.

Review: Too cold to play the rides but very relax in the hot spring

Positive points: Nice room, nice view from the park, good breakfast, nice pictures to take

Review: Dinosaur park was amazing well designed and amazing detail to all dinosaurs and the park in general.
Water Park rides need to be aware different rides are open at different times.
Had difficulties at times with resort staff speaking English and only 1 restaurant open for dinner, so limited choices for food.

Positive points: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were amazing! The massages offered at the spa are very good. Also, the lemon grass, mud, and coffee bath are highly recommended.

Review: Good for families with young children needing fake world entertainments, but not for people seeking tranquillity and a bit of contact with nature. Pity, because the setting is potentially great, but there is no access to any natural rivers/streams, neither are there any nature trails available in the beautiful surrounding mountains. The Jurassic Park is though very advanced and educational, but unfortunately none of the visitors appeared to be interested in it.

Positive points: Whats not.to like, mindblowing place you need at least 2-3 days to just absorb every piece of perfection
