Review: Considering the location and benefits of staying at French village one must stay over here. Overall good experience
Positive points:
The staff were great as was the manager Sami.
The buffet breakfast was very good and the waiting staff kept everything moving.
Negative points: The weather was not great (take a jacket)
Review: The hotel was fantastic, the Hill was super cool in everyway. The whole hill building is built like a 1800 century Europe style which make it more amazing. The weather is nice too. But just too sad that when the day of our visit the weather is super cold and very thick fog till we can far so we can't really enjoy all the facilities there. But we do enjoy the food and the weather. So we might be planning to go back again.
Negative points: It's noisy next door at night.

We decided to eat the buffet meal that was offered in the hotel itself..we were very much disappointed with the actual selection of food (and we, as a couple eat most things) and the whole restaurant and foyer was like an ice box. Not very comfortable, when you are trying to eat with coats, scarves and even hats on!
It was cold outside, because of the cloud base on top of the mountain, it hadn't lifted for days, but all the outside doors were wide open...and this was the same for breakfast!
Other than the bad luck with the weather, the hotel and staff were wonderful...

Positive points:
It's really handy since the hotel is inside the theme park. The excitement of going up the mountain and then greeted by their officer who will bring you to the reception. Make sure you follow them as the hotel have different reception points for check in.
Guests have the privilege of going to the golden bridge first thing in the morning. It's worth it if you're an early riser.
Breakfast was excellent! They have 2 huge dining halls to accommodate all the guests.
The room is also comfortable, clean and adequate. Though we didn't really enjoy the layout of the bathroom and bed as it doesn't really provide enough privacy. But hey since it's just you and your family, it's probably okay.
Negative points:
They might want to improve the check out process. There were hundreds of other guests checking out around the same time. So the lobby was quite chaotic and unorganised as no staff there to guide the guests, only 2 staff doing the check out. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes before we can leave as they needed to check the room. It took around 20minutes due to the number of guests leaving but no one actually informed us unless we asked.
We then had to walk out alone to the gondola. Now, due to the many locations of the hotels within the park, it's not that straight forward in finding the gondola station. We were a bit lost going around in circles. The theme park staff were of no help. It was also very foggy that day so it's not easy to read the signs. Lucky we met a hotel staff who was sooo friendly. He took us, along with other hotel's guests who were lost, to the gondola station.

We didn’t enjoy Bana Hills. They can’t control the weather but it was wet and cold when we stayed.
The hotel room wasn’t that nice with a very small, barred window at floor level. There was a Disneyworld feel about the place, but far less organised and very expensive for Vietnam. We are sorry we stayed there and would have been better staying in Danang
Positive points: location View And the atmosphere
Negative points: Restaurants and bar that close too early.. And the Receptionist Team is very bad. Scary, goosebumps😱

Thank you for the special arrangement to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a small cake and a group of staff singing. Such a sweet gesture.
Besides that. The staffs were really accommodating to our multiple requests. Thank you. We had an enjoyable stay.

Negative points: Weather was terrible and did not even see a single building which is not properties fault but everything closed 5:6 pm and no theatre shows or night shows as advertised so pretty much just dinner and straight to room. extremely boring

- checked in twice (standard procedure), no info regarding restaurants’ closing time nor room service
- Arrived at restaurant 20:50. Informed we had 10 min to serve (buffet)
- All (!) restaurants close at 21:00 so it was a take it or leave it situation.
- We were the only customers. While rushing to serve, food and drinks were already started to be removed/ thrown away. Surreal: we were in a food race against the hotel staff !
- Food was cold. No water to drink. No bar to have a drink after 21 pm.
- Strong advice to Mercure /Accor group: please invite the manager(s) to Europe for intense training… complete misalignment between the wonderful infrastructure, the prices charged and the services provided.

Negative points: Food is great but Restaurant for dinner not varied.
Review: Recommended to stay at least a night there as the place is huge and depend on the luck to get nice view as it may be foggy.cable car tickets required for separate purchase but discount provided at time of my visit, ie:VND665l vs VND900k(if not mistaken of the normal rate).don't miss to take the train when you are up there..the shows were perfect. don't forget to bring your jackets, better standby umbrella too.enjoy!

Beautiful hotel. The room was clean but had mould around the window area.
Getting to the hotel was such an awesome experience. I just wish the hotel would send their guests clear instructions as to how to get to the hotel. However, once there, the stuff was helpful and attentive.
Positive points: It’s a quirky hotel on top of Ba Na Hills.
Negative points: Very noisy but since it is only for one night and is conveniently located it’s not the end of the world.
