Vien Dong Hotel - Phu My Hung

Review: was in a ground level room almost ankle deep in standing while showering. 4 dead cockroaches in shower. had to walk to another building for hotel room. the whole check-in process extremely confusing. Paid cash for one night because it was so late at night. Now there's a refund issue. there's a BIGGER problem. often times these hotels online pictures differ from Agoda website. but you have to pay NOW or at hotel.

Positive points: The hotel was once a grand place I would say.The restaurant had the best cheapest food in the whole area.Good bed and shower

Review: The rooms at Vien Dong Hotel are clean, and the staff, from the reception to the restaurant, are friendly and enthusiastic. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices. I've stayed here twice and will definitely return

Review: Viendong hotel provided the better price and best breakfast for the customers. But I found the stains for blood and oil in bed sheed and hotel facility was very old. So I recommend this hotel to solo man instead of family and woman.

Review: I booked this hotel for a night in April 2024. I came to the room and the lady was still cleaning. She seemed annoyed to see me. I was given a room which was not ready. I came back to the reception and told that they have given me a non-ready room. No apology. I was told that my room will be ready after 2 hours. Patiently waited and finally, I was given the key, only to find out that I was given the wrong room category. I booked a higher category. Again went back to the reception to raise my concern. No apology given but at least, I was given the correct room category in the end. Original plan was to extend my stay in the same hotel but with my experiences, I decided to check-out and stay somewhere else. Location wise is good though. I was so tired from travelling and just thought of taking a good rest.
