Positive points: Good location, pedestrian friendly, yet close to shopping and main areas!
Negative points: Slightly uncomfortable beds.
Review: The host were very welcoming and accomodating I switched room and they were very kind to put my luggage in the new room. Very recommended!

Negative points: The room we booked looks like someone else used it. The beds were not made. No towels provided.

Negative points: We were really dissatisfied with the cleanliness of In our experience, we had 3 cockroaches (apparently the season is May-June), the pillows/duvet did not seem cleaned, and there was chewing gum near the outlet of the bed close to the pillow.

Positive points: What I liked the most is its location. The place is near Hongik Univ Stn. Exit 3 and the main shopping street so it has many restaurants and shops nearby. Next is its affordability. As a solo traveller, the price is still worth it for a solo room. The room is kinda spacious considering I have two luggages with me. The staff is nice and replies immediately to my concerns. The check in process was easy even though I arrived late at night. Also, they let me store my luggage for days for free when I went to another city.
Negative points: The stairs are kinda slippery, there is no elevator so it’s scary when I carry my luggages up the stairs. The common room downstairs doesn’t feel homey for me since there is a lot of clutter in the living room. The common area in the second floor is much nicer than that in the third floor (I stayed in the third floor during my stay). The towels provided are small but I think that that’s normal in Korea. Sometimes, other guests leave their hair in the shower room floor. Also, the laundry machine has no dryer
Review: Cozy and felt at home with lots of common area. Facility ok. Good location, not too busy street near university neighborhood. Very good value for money.
Positive points: Good location for Hongdae area. Room itself was okay but could not stay here again. Place is cluttered and other guests were so disrespectful. Noisy between 12:00-3:30 3 out of 5 nights I stayed. Did not clean their dishes in the communal kitchen and every morning sink was full of dirty dishes. I think guests need to be better managed.

Review: Location was nice not too far from the station with a few steps away from the main road. the common area pretty chill with sofa and TV you can watch. Facilities seem a bit old but still well maintained. The room with bearable musty odour, but with the cheap price cant argue more. Still, would love to come back again!

Negative points: Shower head holders on the wall are not adjustable. (Men’s 3rd floor shower -I didn’t use the others), so setting the shower in the higher holder sends the water into the shower door and/or one’s face.
