Negative points: They require proof of marriage if you are married because they claim to be a Sharia-compliant hotel, which only allows married couples to stay. However, the hotel is far from clean. As a Muslim, I believe cleanliness is part of Iman, and this is not it. The toilet was full of worms, and the wardrobe was unusable. We were scammed. The price we paid was not the same as what we were charged. We booked and paid extra for a twin room, but instead, we were given a cheaper queen bed. When we asked for the difference back, they said their prices don’t align with those on Booking.com and that they have to follow their own pricing—NOT MY PROBLEM. As for hospitality, it was difficult to see any staff smiling at the guests. It just doesn't make sense. Don’t focus on one religious aspect and neglect the others.
