Positive points: Nice staff, great location, very clean and good WiFi.

Negative points: I’ve stayed at this property many times and would usually give it a 8 or 9 score for value,location and comfort. Unfortunately this time I was in a room that was very old and needed renovations.

Positive points: The location is close to everything. Clean and spacious rooms with multiple options available. Pleasant English speaking staff. Room supplied with amenities.

Negative points: The bathrooms could be cleaner.

Negative points: The staff as I told him I need to check out at 1 and he rejected which was kind strange for me and wasn’t friendly didn’t feel good about it plus the room and the bathroom www smelly and breakfast is limited but acceptable

Review: We stayed at Oxville for a few nights before and after our trip to Mentowai islands. They were so helpful in allowing us to store our luggage safely until our return.nnWhen we left, my partner forgot one of his earbuds in the room. These would be very expensive to replace but the team at Oxville were incredibly helpful and arranged to post it to another address in Indonesia where we were due to be in a fortnight. We are so grateful to them for all their help.nnBeyond the helpfulness of the staff, the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was close to lots of restaurants and cafes.

Review: Location is abit far from padang beach, compared to other similar hotels. Food at hotel resto is average. Need to ask staff for eggs, omelet. Saw dirty plate in the hotel corridor and pick up for some days. Kindly recheckAC indoor unit location, not facing bathroom’s door.

Positive points: Rooms are comfortable. Location is great. Best complimentary breakfast ever! Front desk staff are friendly and super helpful.

Negative points: Call to prayer is loud in rooms facing exterior of the property.

Positive points: Great location close to the Mentawai ferries. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with warm water and A/C. Nice architecture. Great breakfast!

Negative points: There was a lot of dust in the room. Laundry service was inflexible and slow.
