Review: Terrible hotel, I booked 3 rooms but they only had 2 available when I arrived. The hotel asked for my understanding and arranged for my family to stay in 1 proper room and 1 temporary room. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 2 children. They said they would deduct 1 day's room fee but when we checked out, they charged us for the full stay, saying that they had arranged for us to use the free electricity, water, and breakfast. When I complained, they only refunded me 200k VND (the room rate I booked on Agoda was 833k VND per room). The hotel is small and only suitable for a 2-star rating. There is no parking lot, only street parking, and the rooms do not have a kettle. I wrote this review to help others make a better choice!

Review: Khách sạn này thực sự mới, được xây dựng bằng vật liệu tốt và với nỗ lực lớn. Khu vực này hơi kỳ lạ: vỉa hè rộng, không sử dụng (mọi người ở đây đều sử dụng xe scooter) và đường rộng hơn nhiều. Nhiều công trình xây dựng mới và địa điểm xây dựng. Mang theo xe scooter hoặc ô tô của riêng bạn! Ở Sam Son, tôi không gặp ai thuê xe. Không có người nói tiếng Anh ở đây, một nửa thực đơn là ếch - và ngay cả bản dịch như Longboard hoặc trạm mẹ cũng sẽ không giúp ích. Tôi nghĩ đó là điều đúng đắn đối với những người thám hiểm. Tôi sẽ ghé thăm nơi đó và đặc biệt là khách sạn một lần nữa.
