Review: Beautiful villa, attentive butler, clean room.

Review: I have just lost money unfairly, not only did I not receive the service but I also feel frustrated for trusting to book a stay here.
I used to be a loyal customer of Agoda, but I will never cooperate with them again.
I think there are many customers like me who book villas, but if you don't pay attention, you will be charged an additional 500,000 VND per room (for 6 rooms, that's 3,000,000 VND). This means I have to pay double the amount when renting another place for only 4,000,000 VND, which offers 7 rooms and better service quality.
The request to refund the exact amount on the app was not accepted.
They agreed to cancel the room but without a refund and took other guests during the time I was supposed to check in (I recorded a video to send to Agoda but it was blatantly rejected).
Their business practices are unprofessional, I hope everyone looking to travel for fun will choose other apps and accommodations that are more professional and transparent. Because we have the right to choose.

Review: Agoda has a confusing and inconsistent policy. We booked a villa but were only allowed to use one room, which caused our group to incur additional fees for the owner. The owner was not accommodating and made things difficult for us. The bathroom smelled bad, and the staff did not clean the room. However, the cooking staff was skilled and very helpful to our group.
