Review: Nice and clean
Positive points: This is the best place we have stayed in vietnam hands down. The room is warm in the winter. The shower is hot. The room is spotless and the lights and decorations are very relaxing. We are having the best time here. Hotel staff are funny and nice. We just love it. We asked for an extra blanket and 2 extra pillows and we are having the most cosy nights sleep here. So nice.
Negative points: We love everything. I guarantee you won't wont to leave once you book

Positive points:
My group booked the room in this place before starting Ha Giang loop (on our own) and to be honest we was surprised that overall service was so good:
- we’ve made late check in (3am) without any problems
- we’ve rented the motorbikes for a good price
- representative of hotel (Tai) was providing support during our trip via WhatsApp and in general during all our stay in Ha Giang (suggested places to visit/eat, booked sleeper bus for us etc)
In addition:
- room was consistent with the description on booking
- all 4 rented motorbikes was in good condition
- we was able to take a shower after our return (with fresh towels as well)
- luggage drop without any issues
- we took helmet, knee and elbow pads for free
Definitely could recommend this place!

Positive points: The Hotel Ti Lau Motorbike and Adventure is centrally located in Ha Giang and offers everything a traveler's heart could wish for. From the very pleasant and well-kept rooms, a large selection of organized tours, to the rental of new motorcycles of all types. I would particularly like to highlight the always helpful, warm and humorous team, who supported me with all my questions. I really enjoyed my time here.
Review: All the staff were friendly and helpful. Someone carried our cases up to our room which was a good size. No kettle or fridge and the breakfast part was not operating, however, there's a great eatery close by and enough restaurants. There's a big market within walking distance. We weren't doing the motorbike loop so the hotel staff organised a car with driver and we were very happy. Nice small museum on our walk around the bridges.
Positive points: Close to the location we started the tour from. Very cheap.
Negative points:
No hot water in the shower (!!!)
Got the room without towels (received later)
The bed is super hard.
Recommend to pay a bit more and get a better stay.

It's really absurd that a hostel which deals with tourists doesn't know a WORD in English.
We had a shitty experience!!!!
We stayed for one night before the loop.
Me and my partner booked a private room and my friend slept in a dorm room but there was no one with her, so she was alone.
In the middle of the night, around 4am they opened my friend's room, just burst inside like it's normal for "late check in", the guy from the reception and another guy and his daughter. This is the scariest and the most uncomfortable situation there is, especially for a woman.
At the end after she shouted at the guy from the reception they slept in another room.
The worst experience we had in Vietnam.
Positive points: We couldn’t check in, they didn’t open during night so it is no check in 24hours, while they said they would open us for sleep that night they never open us, so we had to look for another place at 4 am in Ha Giang
Negative points: No 24hours check in, they didn’t open us for sleep when they said to us that they will wait for us for the late check in, we couldn’t sleep there
Review: Convenient location, clean and spacious room.
Review:
Clean, comfortable room, good bed. Secure indoor motorcycle parking included, just about half a block away.
There was a cafe on site but in the morning I was told no coffee until about 10am? No worries, there were others near by.
Negative points: I booked a 6 bed dorm for 1 night after doing the loop with a different homestay and got a 24 bed dorm due to overbooking. The staff didn't mention anything at the check-in. After I complained the staff searched for a solution, which turned out to be a dorm for myself in the cellar of a hotel nearby. There I felt even more uncomfortable, so in the end I stayed in the big dorm, which looked as if there is construction work in process. It was cold, loud because of the street, dirty and overall uncomfortable. I wouldn't book this place again.
Review: Stayed here for one night after the loop, lovely comfy bed and hot shower was just what we needed. Centrally located in town so easy to pop to the shop and find food. For the price you can’t go wrong!
Positive points: Room was good and cool! The bed in the dorm felt spacious. There was a safe place to keep my bike in doors and locked! :-)
Negative points: I booked a private room and when I got there was told they didn't have any left. I felt like they didn't want my business. When i asked about the dormatory i was told that I can go there but it might be best to find somewhere else to sleep. It was late and I was tired so I just went with the dorm. The staff in Bernal wasn't very helpful.
Review: Conveniently located Homestay, clean and beautiful living space, and friendly staff. It's worth staying here for the experience, and I will definitely come back next time <3.
Positive points: Great location and clean private rooms. A lot of space. Laundry offered at the property too for a reasonable price and for a good fee.
Negative points: Bathrooms were a little smelly but ok when the door was closed.
