Thi Boutique Villa

Review: A well run boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and attentive staff. The beds are comfortable and clean, the shower is hot, and the breakfast is good. A stone's throw from the beach and buses running to Hoi An. What more do you want? Stay here!

Positive points: Overall not bad

Review: There was a man at the counter who seemed to like surfing and was very kind and enthusiastic. Maybe because it's close to the beach, shoes should be placed outside the hotel's shoe cabinet. This is good and can prevent the room from being messy. It is suitable for backpackers, because there is no elevator in the middle floor of the building, but the counter will help you carry your luggage directly. The room is large, the bathroom has strong water pressure, and the hot water is hot enough. Very close to the meeting point for day tours. The hotel and rooms look quite nice when photographed. The hardware equipment is a bit old, so don't wear glasses to look carefully. Breakfast is provided, the room is clean, and the CP value is already very high.

No shampoo, just shower gel. There is only one roll of toilet paper in the toilet. But I think you can ask for it from the counter.

Positive points: This place has a lot of charm and character that we found lacking in many hotels in Vietnam in the same price range. The rooms were really spacious with decent lighting and very clean bathrooms. The location was very convenient to the beach and the main drag in Danang. It's on a quiet side street, so the rooms are wonderfully quiet. The staff, as in most of our hotels in Vietnam, was kind and really helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Review: We stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. Firstly the host, Nhã was really kind. He welcomed us when we arrived and helped us carry our luggage from taxi to our room. He also paid attention really well and tried to offer help at all time. Secondly we loved the breakfast. Every day we could try different Vietnamese dish, and all of them were streetfood level good! The last day when we need to leave early, the host prepared us banh mi so we can take with us. Thirdly, the hotel had all the services we needed during our stay. Scooter rental and laundry service were always available with reasonable price. Good wifi too. Lastly the location was also great. Close to 24/7 convenient store and the beach. We could have some nice walk around the area. Overall we would definitely stay here again when we visit Da Nang!

Positive points: I love the hotel for me it's like a home, the ambiance is cool and of course I like how peaceful, clean, and excellent service it is. The breakfast is delicious and they offer a lot, above all the staff are so accommodating and friendly.

Positive points: Beautiful old building with high ceilings and such a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are huge and bed was very comfortable. So close to the beach and all the restaurants. Breakfast that is excluded is excellent and the staff/owners are so lovely and attentive. Very nice hotel.
