Review: Stayed 5 nights and was impressed with the size, cleanliness and location for the price I paid. The hotel is also near many eateries so there's never a problem of finding food.

The inclusion of a washing machine in the balcony was also much appreciated.

Minor issues I had were that the body soap and shampoo weren't replenished and the soap ran out for my last shower.

Also, there was no hand soap for the bathroom sink and I had to step into the shower to use the body soap if I wanted to wash my hands. It can't be that difficult to have another soap dispenser for the sink.

Positive points: My room at the Taian Hotel was big, quiet and peaceful with an ensuite bathroom, large air-conditioned bedroom with a balcony, separate air-conditioned kitchen and dining / living area with a seperate balcony for the laundry with a washing machine.

There were 2 air conditioners and also a TV in the bedroom.

It had towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

As well as everything I needed including cups, bowels and cutlery and a knife and chopping board.

The location was also fantastic.

It is very close to the main beach.

Da Nang is often recommend as the best place in Vietnam.

I have to agree with the recommendation of Da Nang as the best place in Vietnam.

Da Nang has clean air with minimal pollution and footpaths everywhere.

This isn't true of other parts of Vietnam.

There are lots of local shops within walking distance of the Taian Hotel and Apartments.

There is also a TP Bank about 15 minutes away which has no fees for foreigners.

There are also lots of other ATMs nearby. But my understanding is that only VP and TP Bank are fee free for foreigners.

I did 2 sight seeing trips to Ba Na Hills and also Hue City. Both were fantastic.

I had a partial sea view room with a partial view of the beach. I could see the beach from one balcony and the small bedroom window.

I think I considered a full sea view room but I think it sold out before I booked.

I was happy with the room and wanted to extend my week-long stay for an extra month or two for the rest of my Visa.

Sadly they were booked out and had to go elsewhere.

The places I have stayed since leaving Taian Hotel and Apartments have been poor quality.

Positive points: We've stayed in several places while traveling through SE Asia the last 2 months, and this was absolutely our favorite. It was so well laid out for a small apartment that we felt the two of us could live there for a couple months! It was modern and had many nice design details including plenty of storage space. AC in both rooms and places to put our things in the bathroom. The staff was extremely attentive and concerned about our happiness. They hired great people. The weather was bad while we were there otherwise we definitely would have taken advantage of the swimming pool!
The place is located 2 minutes from the beach and in the heart of the restaurant area. There are many great choices from pizza to Indian to vegan to Thai, and of course plenty of many local Vietnamese places. I would love to live here!!!

Review: Room is spacious, clean, quiet and close by many sights with close by walking distance. Able to see the modern city and some part of the old part of town.

Positive points: Everything was amazing. Extended my stay multiple times. Great view, spotless clean apartment, excellent service, beautiful rooftop pool, and small but sufficient gym.

Review: Pros:
The apartment is newly renovated and features a nice-sized 1-bedroom layout, offering a modern and clean atmosphere.
The simple kitchen is minimally equipped but sufficient for preparing light meals.
The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and well-appointed.
Amenities like a washing machine and standard safety equipment (fire alarms, extinguishers, fire escape, etc.) add convenience and peace of mind.
Check-in was seamless with in-app payment, and the super-friendly staff made the process easy and welcoming.
The location is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, perfect if you’re a beachgoer.

Cons:
The hotel is in the heart of the tourist area, which comes with its downsides: drunk tourists in the afternoons and evenings, ladies solicitating, and limited access to authentic restaurants or a true Vietnamese experience. Prices in the area are noticeably higher as well.
It’s far from most sites and attractions, making it less convenient for exploring the city.
Very limited hot water, slightly better in the evening but rarely more than 3 minutes.
The windows are of very poor quality—one felt like it might fall off. They provide zero temperature or noise insulation, which is a big drawback.
A karaoke bar directly across the street blasts music at concert-level volume every night from 8 PM to 11 PM, occasionally continuing until midnight. Quiet evenings or early nights are impossible here, so bring earplugs if you plan to stay.
The washing machine has a strange skirting with a wide Velcro strip on the front. While retrieving clothes, this ruined a brand-new Lycra workout top, which was extremely disappointing.

Overall:
While Taian Hotel & Apartment offers clean, comfortable, and modern accommodations with friendly service and easy beach access, its location in the heart of the tourist area, poor-quality windows, and nightly karaoke noise make it a challenging choice for those seeking peace or an authentic Vietnamese experience.

Review: Nice apartments in a good location, close to the beach!

Positive points: We stayed here for 16 nights and can thoroughly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a 1-bed apartment on the 5th floor which was even better than the photos. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful with hot water. There was a decent sea view.
The staff were excellent - warm, friendly and efficient. They did everything they could to make sure our stay was as good as it was.
The value for money is exceptional.
The location is perfect, so close to the beach, ameneties and restaurants.

Review: Booked an ocean view room. All I can see from the window were walls. Staffs said because there were nothing was built in front of their hotel before, so it was a sea view room before. They had no more room available for me but I checked they did.

But far enough not to hear all the night life
Room clean and bed very comfortable
But most of all the staff were fantastic so polite happy and accommodating
They all helped me during my stay I felt at home

Review: The location is perfect! There are a lot of restaurants, spa shops, convenience stores and even a pharmacy downstairs. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Large balcony and an outdoor bath (good for summer). Friendly staff. Five stars!

I could see the night market and the sea view right in front of the room, and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. It was very convenient even on rainy days. I will definitely come back here again!

Review: I wish i could stay longer in this hotel.. everything was perfect, room clean, bed was comfortable, the amenities are great ( they have washing machines), also their services were amazing..
I clearly remember how kind and lovely the reception treated us and helped us with the early check in and gave us the information about places surrounded the area..
