Review: Need to use the local transit limousine service provide free by the hotel from the hotel entry to the hotel entrance! Exclusive service for indulgence but not good for budget travellers who uses the public transport.

Positive points: The service level and the staff were world class!

Review: I was worried about the location, but the free shuttle is very often and convenient to get to the subway station. The staff care for guests wonderfully. The walking trails near hotel and at the hotel were another thing that I love. All the amenities are perfect. Staying at the Silla Seoul made our honeymoon more memorable.

Positive points: Our stay at the Shilla Seoul Hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff offered warm, personalized service that made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with breathtaking views. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the high-end amenities—was thoughtfully curated for comfort. The on-site restaurant served gourmet meals, and the spa provided a blissful escape. Conveniently located yet peaceful, it offered the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility. This hotel exceeded all expectations it’s a flawless blend of luxury, service, and comfort.

Review: My favourite hotel for a pampering stay in Seoul with high standards. We paid for buffet breakfast as well which was fabulous.

Positive points: The hotel had one the best facilities and courteous staff. Rooms were exceptionally appointed with good quality beds.

Review: It was my husband's first visit to Korea and thoroughly impressed at the staff's service and hospitality. From the entry to exit we experienced the supeerb hospitality & services! Upon arrival we recieved our room upgrade to a suite with a great view despite almost fully booked room situation during the extended holiday week. The breakfast at the Parkview was the top quality and service experience. We were feeling treated as very important guests throughout tge stay. Thank you all.

Positive points: Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff (they even remembered me from my last stay at the hotel). The breakfast is phenomenal (even if it can sometimes a bit crowded and hectic).

Positive points: One of the best hotel staff i’ve ever dealt with so generous so helpful so friendly so professional.

Review: Check in counter staff need to learn how to smile more. Basic pool also need to ask for extra charge. Indoor heated pool not accessible to kids on weekdays also never mention in advance. Wasted my 5 days there.

Positive points: Room is really comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. Duty Free is right next door, and the complimentary bus service to Myeongdong is a bonus. Good variety of restaurant outlets to choose from, we had a wonderful stay.

Review: I was first recommended this hotel by a friend I’ve since come back for a second time. The hotel is clearly quite an establishment and maybe a bit dated but very well maintained. Very good facilities including gym and pools. Rooms are also very spacious and service is overall meticulous. Unfortunately did not get a lot of help with luggage when departing but overall still an excellent hotel.
