Review: The place itself wasn't bad, but the location was really quite out of the way. Was it a bad experience? Not at all. The place was clean and you get what you paid for. But there are other places that were a lot more convenient to get to, for basically the same price.

Review: So this is an awful place to stay. First of all the room upgrade is not an upgrade just the same room that you originally book. nThe stairs to get in the hotel are so dangerous. No staff even bothers to help you with your luggage. nThere is no free water in the room. What kind of hotel does not even give complimentary water? nThe beds are rock hard. nSo the building next door attached to the hotel is under construction and they are jackhammering and smashing walls from 6 am-11 am. Like come on. I complained twice before being moved to another room but still to have the same sound. Staff Steve un help ful and rude. I even think they are just sitting there sleeping. They don't do anything except for give you a room card off the counter. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! when we checked out they charged us 40,000 for water. I almost lost it than. nThey should close this flea infested dump. What a joke of a hotel. nCertainly nothing Royal about this hotel. nWorst hotel in all of Asia.

Review: it' a very awful experience, very noisy, dirty, stinky, they build the new house next building, very very awful, bad experience, I will never back again!!!!!

Review: Phòng nhỏ bí, không có cửa sổ. Điều hoà không điều chỉnh đc nhiệt độ, vòi nước nóng lạnh cg khó điều chỉnh. Quan trọng nhất là thái độ nhân viên khó chịu làm mình không thoải mái tí nào.nnThe room is small without window. The air conditioner doesn't work well, so does the hot water. But the most disappointing thing is that the attitude of the hotel's employees. I won't come back again.

Review: Was a company pouring concrete next door in the early hours of the morning. Felt like the hotel was experiencing a noisy earthquake from 2am-4am. Staff couldn’t really care less. Other than that was just ok. Very local and unfriendly area to outsiders. Wouldn’t recommend
