Review: Hotel recenz is very close to the subway and a few meters walk to the airport bus stop. Hotel was clean and comfortable that we are able to sleep well every night.
Positive points: I like the location of the hotel near to restaurants, coffee shops and laundry machines and bus and train stations.
Negative points: Staff were ok… not so friendly. I work in the hospitality industry at the hilton hotel for 25 years and we give a warm welcome to our guest. Even if theres a language barrier, customer service is only one language… atlst learn how to be more welcoming…

Review: If you are willing to sacrifice the comfort for a cheap price, this is your go-to. Though the location isn't too bad, 5 mins away from the nearest train station.
Positive points: The room is big and many storage. Housekeeping very nice service
Negative points: Wish that there are heated toilet and floor towel but it is optional.
Review: Very nice place to stay but they do not offer free coffee.

Negative points: The hotel looked old. The location wasn’t central. Breakfast buffet was terrible. No laundry bags or toiletries were given

Positive points: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist spoke English, which made check-in easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with restaurants, public transportation, and a convenience store nearby. The price was exactly what I expected for the quality and space provided.rnrnThe only downside was the lack of a bidet in the restroom, which I personally missed, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and great location!

Review: Everything was ok just that there was a faint smell of smelly sock. I was certain it didn't come from own socks or shoes. Maybe it was the carpet. nnToilet has no door, could be a problem for friends or even couples. But dry and wet areas are separated. nnNear to metro station, but station is far from city centre. Convenience store just next door, and has food options near the hotel. I had clam noodles soup at Io Noodle Soup with Clams, and another day I had jjajangmyeong at Yeokdae Jjamppong Main Branch. nnIt was a ok stay, but I'll look for other options for my next Korea visit.
Negative points: There is no coffee machine and the location isn’t the best
