The Palms Ceningan Hotel

Review: For the price paid, this hotel has one of the best positions on the island. Surf breaks, sunsets, infinity pool and we found the staff excellent - very helpful when we needed it! Within walking distance of accessible 5 star resort restaurants, bars and pools, more spectacular views, as well as quirky local eateries.
Rooms are good. Restaurant adequate for pool snacks. We'd stay again.

Positive points: Incredible view. The host, Wayan is a super nice guy. Very chill place. Will return.

Positive points: The Palms was the highlight of our stay in Indonesia. Every expectation of our stay was exceeded. Fantastic, caring staff. The best views on Ceningan Island. Fantastic restaurant and rooms. Both families will be back, that is for sure.

Positive points: Nice hotel but the photos made it look a lot better than it was. Quite basic accommodation. We had a meal there and they came out 5 minutes apart so my partner had just about eaten his as mine was getting served

Review: When we arrived there ,we got the best ever run down on the resort and welcoming drinks from Wayon the Manager. We had the whole to ourselves due to been off season. The staff were keen to please.
Meals were excellent and so was the bar......
Rooms were very spacious and clean, would recommend anyone to stay here. We had a blast.

Positive points: We didn't get to stay here as the property would not help us figure out travel like they said they would. If they hadn't told us they would arrange travel, we would have handled it, and it would have been fine.

Positive points: Amazing calm place with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the staff are beyond amazing, always friendly, helpful and attentive to details. Food and drinks are also great there and amazing value for money.

Review: +：很美的view！日落的无边泳池真的很棒，下午晒太阳也很chill。第一晚只剩双人房了，卫生一般般，第二晚住了bungalow。如果要住就住海景bungalow，面积大一点，所有的用品和设施都新一些。
位置也是绝佳，走几步就是绝美的blue lagoon和secret point beach，隔壁是好吃的yuyu餐厅，还有口爱的小狗！
–：老板其实很热情也很尽量帮助我们玩的开心。但在订第二晚房间时候因为价格问题来回沟通了很久，起因是我在平台上(booking&agoda)的价格比老板预期的折扣大，老板给我一种我在占便宜的态度，但其实我并没有任何问题。我觉得老板应该更熟悉平台规则，而不是在顾客这里追究，导致沟通成本有点高。

Review: This in my opinion is the perfect spot to stay on the island it’s far enough away but also close enough to the action. The view is unbeatable and the rooms are really decent for the price you are paying. The Bintang is always cold and the room service menu is decent too. Highly recommended and I’m sure we will be back 😊
