Review: This newly establish resort is superb!

Review: The hotel was newly built in 2024, the design is cool. We stay at villa with private pool. The housekeeper didn’t check the amenities, the shampoo & body wash, hand wash was almost empty, I realized it while showering so I have to do it with the very limited the shampoo and body wash. The toilet and shower is in open space with fresh air come in and bright. Not recommended for family cos they don’t have extra bed while booking online and kid not allowed to stay when u choose to book online. The breakfast is per order by menu, it took 1 hour to prepare, this is seriously long and need to improve, the bf menu is limited and you can order only one per person. Recommend bf should be unlimited order and preparation time should be reviewed and improved. Overall the location, the room, facilities is good.

Positive points: Everything about this place is amazing. We have the most comfortable stay in the entire Indonesian trip: the room, the facilities, the extremely welcoming and sweet staff. Thanks Ari and Suwendri for your amazing service!

Review: As good as shown in pictures

Positive points: Loved the ever present staff from morning to night shifts. Feel safe having them around and sharing local advice. Agus, It's, Ari, ketut and so many more.. housekeeping is flawless and very efficient. Pool is always clean.. unfortunately we had dirty neighbours from china, spat phlegm into the pool, wonder when they will learn to respect others. No racism here, I'm Chinese.nnMy fav is always the staff, they are kind and always have a good word to say . Weather was pretty bad and they cautioned us not to take the boat out snorkelling. Agus advised caution and Ari also always caution us on taking the bikes and being careful. We hear lots of ambulances zooming up and down, alot of tourists getting hurt when they aren't careful especially in steep areas. They day we left Nusa Penida a snorkelling boat overturned because of a sudden huge wave, sadly a young lady passed away. So do listen to what the locals have to say because it's very important.nnBreakfast is nicely executed. Fruits, juices, main course and very good coffee made with coffee art by the talented people at the bar. Menu for the rest of the day is quite lites but wholesome. Ari prepared a good breakfast for us to go as we left early for the airport.nnnn Beach in front isn't really swimmable, waves are strong are there are lots of corals. Go a little further to the left about 1km near blue lagoon and it's nice to swim. Awesome cafes all. Around, we tried nearly all of them, the one right in front of the hotel gave us diarrhea, lots of flies and dogs. The other cafes were splendid. Right side of the hotel is their local market and town, nice to explore if you have the time. If your stay is short, chill in the hotel. If it's a little longer, explore the interesting Nusa Penida.
