Positive points: Beautiful, right in beach.
Review: The bungalow's location and value for money were disappointing. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the beach area left much to be desired. The staff and facilities fell short of expectations. Overall, it was a letdown.
Positive points: Only the location is good rest everything is bad.

Positive points: Location was directly on the beach and next to many SCUBA shops. Mattress and sheets were comfortable. Shower pressure strong and hot. Wifi decent. Accommodated early check-in. Staff was friendly.
Negative points: Noise was unbearable and made it impossible to sleep at night even with ear plugs and being heavy sleepers The beach location comes with the trade-off of restaurants on both sides that play loud music late into each night. Although there are many Bali street dogs like everywhere else, one, in particular, barked all night every night. Reported issue to the Booking account, understanding that there was little they could do, but off-site management didn't relay concerns to the on-site staff. So, the staff were surprised when we left our stay three nights early and moved to a much quieter location at half the price for higher quality. We lost a day of activities with the move and sleeping the remaining afternoon. Also, the pillows are pancake-thin and cheap.
Review: Great location, simple, clean. Right by the ocean. So close that we could hear the massive waves slamming into the seawall all night. We were terrified and i even checked tsunami risks as the waves were so close to us. It was fine but damn so scary at night.
Positive points: beautiful property! you can hear the ocean from bed. the sunrise is stunning and eating breakfast watching the waves was a dream. super quiet and cozy.

Positive points: This lovely young couple met all our needs. The breakfast was simple but delicious. And they were kind enough to cook our ramen for us. We were able to communicate in Indonesian, so I’m not sure how good their English was. rnrnThe room was clean and well-maintained, if not a bit spartan. The air conditioner worked fine. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance as well as an over-priced laundromat.rnrnThe room had a nice view of the ocean, and it was very calming. However...
Negative points: ...the property is listed as ‘beachfront’ which is technically true…but the ‘beach’ is simply a cemented dock about 7 feet (2meters) below the patios in front of the hotels. The cemented area is just that, cement with some large loose gravel sitting around. You can’t put your feet in the water (not comfortably, at least), but you can enjoy a beach view. There are lounge chairs to sit in and an outdoor shower to rinse off the non-existent sand. rnrnThe electric water kettles were placed outside and guess what…they had RUST in them. This is incredibly unsafe…can’t you get tetanus from drinking from a rusty pail? We asked for a new one but it was just as bad. In the end, we asked them to heat our water for us (probably from another rusty electric kettle). rnrnThe room was ok, very ‘rustic’ which I don’t care for, but that’s what you get in Nusa Penida. The shower pressure went from miserable to non-existent. It turns out that they have to buy the water to refill the tanks every once in a while. So basically there is no infrastructure for water at this hotel (and perhaps others?). rnrnOverall, it was charming because we stayed there just a few nights and the main point of going is to explore the real beaches in Nusa Penida, not sit in your hotel room. It just seemed like the price was a bit steep for what you get. But I think this place is pretty typical for Nusa Penida.
Review: The location is just excellent and one can enjoy a lovely stay just next to sea shore with a beautiful view and sea breeze.nThe staff is cooperative and very humble. The rooms are spacious and have ample space for dressing.nFor visiting cafes around the island , you won’t find a better place to live nearby
