Review: In fact, I don't have high hopes for a refund, but adding a fee to stay at a different branch is completely normal! Because it's the same owner, just a different branch. Is it really that difficult to be flexible, or do they just want to keep everything for themselves? :) If I hadn’t encountered this situation before, I wouldn’t be so sure, but previously in Ho Chi Minh City, after landing, I booked a hotel without knowing it had four branches! I booked branch A, the closest to the airport, but the car took me to branch B, which was a few kilometers further! When I arrived, the staff still helped me check-in and told me I was at the wrong branch, but because it was late and during a holiday, they said they would assist me in staying, only needing an additional 150,000 VND for upgrading my room compared to the original branch I booked. Even during holidays in bustling Ho Chi Minh City, where guests were countless, they were still very supportive, while here in a rural area on a normal day! Yet, I get one response saying they can't assist with booking a room because Agoda doesn't support changes or refunds! I'm very disappointed with such an inflexible way of working.

Review: This is one of the good choices for the price when in Bien Hoa city. The hotel is located in a small area, near the military airport, quiet, and easy to move to the main roads of the city. Next time I come back to Bien Hoa, I will book here.

Positive points: GnnNhân viên lễ tân nữ nhỏ con giọng miền trung ca sáng luôn luôn trong khuôn mặt khó ở với khách . Không cố gắng giải quyết vấn đề và thích đứng cãi tay đôi với khách hơn. Mình đã nhận phòng sớm và được nhân viên lễ tân nam thông báo là hiện tại chưa có hạng phòng đúng tiêu chuẩn với giá tiền mình bỏ ra (tầng X) và khi nào có phòng (11h am) thì mình xuống nói nhân viên ca sau để mình đc chuyển xuống tầng Y với chất lượng phòng đúng với giá tiền mình đã bỏ ra và mình chấp nhận ở cái phòng của tầng X (nơi bạn nhân viên nhận check in mình đã confirm là nó không ok đúng với loại phòng mình đặt (mình có hình ảnh nhưng sẽ không đăng vì bạn nhân viên nam đã cố gắng giải quyết theo hướng tích cực cho khách hàng)). Khi mình xuống đổi phòng thì nhất quyết bạn nữ nhỏ con đứng cãi tay đôi với mình rất lâu rằng: 1-mình không hiểu ý bạn nam. 2- bạn nam ko nắm rõ tình hình. Chứ nhất quyết bạn không gọi cho bạn nam kia để giải quyết vấn đề chuyển tầng cho mình dù mình nói là cái phòng kia rất “không đúng”. Bạn rất dửng dưng kiểu khách sai khách không hiểu và mình ok mình trả tiền trươc rồi mình phải ok thôi. Mình đã nói sẽ ko quay lại vì bạn nữ này. Nhưng bạn nam đã cố gắng fix bằng việc chuyển phòng cho mình đêm đó nên mình sẽ không nói thêm về trải nghiệm của chiếc phòng tầng X.
