Review: Breakfast is excellent. All staffs are attentive and polite! Beautiful hotel with very nice pool. However, the room decoration need to be improved a lot in order to be a 5 star hotel even though it is clean. We would definitely come back in our next visit to bien hoa.
Positive points: All about Mira hotel is excellent, no hesitation to visit there again.
Review: We stayed at this hotel for only a few days. It is exceptional. The staff are wonderful and so is the breakfast. If we do return back to this city, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Positive points: The staff were very friendly. We were greeted with polite staff, everyone was attentive and focused on giving great customer experience. Everytime we needed something, the response was always prompted. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to everyone. We had a great stay! Thanks Mira for a wonderful experience!
Negative points: Wish they have suites that can fit 6 people in the same room, especially for family with young children.
Review: Our stay was great except the loud music in the very early morning around 4:30 onwards. But this is a small town, so I don’t have anything else to complain and would highly recommend to all my traveler friends.

Negative points: The sink stopper plug must have been stuck. The waste water could not drain out even over a night.

The restaurants have amazing food. The customer service at the front counter was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and spacious. We had a great time on our getaway weekend
