Positive points: It's located near the lake with a stunning view. The 6th floor offers convenient facilities for cooking and laundry. The owner is very responsive to my inquiries, making the experience even better.

Review: This is an old Hotel but renovated to customers interest. Best location near to the lake. There are so many restaurants nearby. Calm. Place to spend time.

Positive points: The stay was great! I had a great time with my friend and the room was very cute. The owner is really sweet and helps you every time. The location is peaceful as well in bustling Hanoi city!

Negative points: One thing that could be improved is the washroom. It was a bit stuffy maybe putting a conditioner fan/ exhaust or something might help but based on the setup of the homestay. I also think people find it inconvenient to climb the stairs but I do like the rustic feel better of the homestay very home-like! nnMaybe the pricing for the lake view room could be less but it's all good overall!

Positive points: The upstairs deck and communal area is excellent and the view over the lake is gorgeous. When I first arrived the lock on my door didn’t work and they immediately moved me to another room. Very quick service and responsive staff.

Positive points: The view from the top, the free laundry possibility, the kitchen... The host is extremely nice and communicative.

Negative points: The room was not super well cleaned: there was still garbage behind the bin in our room.nnThe location is overall nice, but the vicinity is kind of unpleasant, even for Hanoi in our opinion.

Review: It isn’t bad but not super good either. The place could use some improvement with its cleanliness and actual facilities but it’s cheap so maybe that’s why.

Positive points: Lan is a very sweet woman and helped with everything until my taxi for airport. The location is wonderful with the lake just beside and several cafes and restaurants. The old quarter is also near. If you want to stay in a peaceful location but still close to the shopping areas, this homestay is a nice option. The rooms are clean with well functioning equipment.

Negative points: Nothing as such.

2.4 This room (101) made me sick - Won 18-04-2025

Review: My health is exceptional. I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't consume any sugar and refined or industrially processed foods. But this room made me sick. There's no window and everything smells mouldy. Even my clothes that were hanging in the closet for just 1 night smell mouldy. Let alone the provided towels. If you're considering to stay here, make sure you avoid room 101.

Positive points: Friendly and helpful staff..great location and good value for money.

Negative points: Arrived at night from out of country...therefore no local sim...nobody answered our knocks at the door .The booking suggested our arrival time...do it would have been easy to send us the door code in an email before we arrived. Uncomfortable being locked out on the streets at night...a neighbour was helpful.

Positive points: Amazing, affordable place in a quaint, quiet neighborhood by the lake. Even if you stay in the cheapest room with no view, you can enjoy the sweet 6th floor and rooftop lounge area overlooking the lake. Friendly, helpful staff, and free laundry!

Negative points: Nothing much to complain about really.

Review: There's a reason why the toilets can't be seen in the photos. Tiny and tacky. nThe whole place isn't clean enough. nIn total, the price is double then what it's actually worth...
