Review: Maganda ang room at location...
Positive points: We booked to have a place to store luggage, work, rest and shower before a night train. It was a great deal for us even though we didn’t stay the night. The rooms are large and clean and it’s definitely with it for the price. Staff was very nice.
Negative points: The bed was very hard.

Negative points: We didn’t have electricity for one day, they took 2 days for do our laundry, the bed was so uncomfortable, the stuff don’t speak english and so rude. We booked for 4 night we left after one
Review: The staffs were so helpful and very friendly. They helped to store our luggage when we went to hoi an for couple of days and cameback to the hotel again. Definitely will stay at here again next time. Thank you!

Rooms appeared old
We came early left our luggage and later came to room at night. Water was not hot at all and phone wasn't working. I had to walk multiple times to reception from fourth floor to complain then also staff didnot adhere.
Finally I was put on call with some lady supposedly managing property who asked me if we can take shower in other room and then again come back to our room which was really the saddest solution I ever got from any hotel. We were very tired and nothing was working in our small room. Finally they allotted us a big room which was vacant and where water was hot but no one helped us with our luggage transfer and seemed didn't much care.
I would rate zero for hospitality and services. We left day next early for our next destination. I would not recommended this hotel unless you re ok with such compromises which ruin Vacation

Positive points: The room is clean, super cheap, reception friendly and 24hr working.
Review: Room pic not as pictures shown. Aircond not function well. Reception area no aircond just fan. And its always off. The staff is also sweating. Pity them. The staff is friendly . No proper place for breakfast. They serve 1pc of bread and peanutbutter with a glass of cold tea.
Positive points: The room is very nice and comfortable. Good price and no bad location
Negative points: The two days we were there we didn’t have hot water. The first morning we informed to the girl in the reception and she said she would check for us. Next morning, we woke up around 10 am and sorprise, same again, no hot water. That make me put a 6.
Review: I booked a room here with my girlfriend, the staff was enthusiastic and the room price was very good. I will come back.

Positive points: Great location and good value for money as a budget accommodation! The staff were friendly and helpful. We used their laundry service and it was done in less than a day.
Negative points:
The mattresses were very hard (like sleeping on a block of wood). This would be unsuitable for anyone with a bad back but we made it work.
Oddly a 5% service charge was added to our payment at reception even though we paid cash which was unusual.
